Cons - Paper thin walls, you could hear everyone walking and talking in the hallway (especially if there are children around). We were on the 2nd floor, could hear people in the 3rd floor units walking on top of us. If your room is facing Courtney Street, you will hear the garbage (beeping of the truck and thumping of the...

Dear Snuffers, Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to the survey. First of all, let me apologize on behalf of my whole team for the issues during your stay. As a downtown hotel, we are blessed with a great location for exploring the city but the down-side is that there is some noise at different times...

We were booked into this dump by Choice Rewards. I had to use 12000 of my points per night to stay in this God forsaken place. Let me give you a list of the s--- we put up with. I called a week in advance asking about early check in. We arrive. No early checking so we drive around for...

The 3rd floor rooms are being renovated, we stayed in the wing that was not yet renovated, no noise in the morning or evening, faced the back court yard. Small fridge and burners with basic kitchen items for making a quick meal. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Spacious for two people.

This hotel was older but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room price was good to. There was no free breakfast but you got 25% off at the restaurant in the hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed too. Only thing missing was a hot tub..:)

This was the first hotel I stayed in on my 2 week venture around BC. The hotel was really accommodating to me as a backpacker and the staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable. The rooms are very spacious but still cozy and clean. This hotel was close to everything that I wanted to be near, and its...

This is a good location - walking distance to downtown but not the prices of being right at the harbour. Rooms spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Parking is available. I used taxi which the front desk staff happily called for me.

The weather hasn't cooperated this visit so, glad we have such a comfortable room with a kitchenette. Hotel staff very accommodating. Unfortunately, we don't have use of the steam room as it is being renovated. Website could have mentioned that. All in all, this is a good place to spend 15 nights. One small point: the chairs in the kitchenette...

The rooms have a decent amount of space. My two year old and i enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in our room since their is no hot tub in the pool room. The water was a bit to chilly for her. While not a fancy hotel the Quality Inn is a good reasonably priced hotel. Clean and quiet and in a very convenient place for downtown Victoria.
