My husband and I recently enjoyed our fifth stay at Arbutus Hill B & B. We have come to think of it as our home away from home and always look forward with great anticipation to our next visit. Jos and Donna are the quintessential hosts: warm, welcoming, extremely helpful, and great to chat with. The breakfasts are hearty and...

We stayed here to catch the CCAA Nationals at Camosun College. The BnB is a short drive from the college perfectly nestled in on a rocky hillside. A beautiful setting very quiet and dark. Do try to make your first trip there in daylight as the road is winding up a very steep hill. Breakfast was fabulous. Our Hosts were...

This lovely home is off in the woods, providing a peaceful setting for a restful stay. It's located about mid-way down the Saanich Peninsula, so a good choice if arriving by ferry from Vancouver at the Swartz Bay Terminal. Although it is defiinitely off the beaten path, access to Victoria is very easy by car, and there are also several...

My husband, 9-year old grandson and I stayed for just one night at the Arbutus Hill B&B. We wished it had been longer. Where to start to tell you how truly wonderful it all is? ... The directions that we were given made it fairly easy to find, though we think that doing it the first time would be best...

Jos and Donna have been running this B+B for over fourteen years and it shows. Both are pleasant hosts. They go out of their way to make your stay as interesting and inviting as possible. All sorts of local brochures are available (restaurants, site-seeing, coupons) and they have lots of recommendations of places to see, places to eat, and things...

The breakfasts were great! Every day there was homemade fruit salad, yogurt, homemade muffins, and a hot meal (pancakes/eggs + ham/bacon). The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. It's located about 15 min from downtown - so close to the city but away from the hustle and bustle. The quality and affordability cannot be beat!

We loved that the house was near the top of a hill with almost complete privacy. When we were walking up the walk to check in there was a deer grazing in the front yard. We stayed in the room with the private bath, and everything was spotless. There is a huge deck off of the dining area that is...

We stayed here two weeks ago for 6 nights. At first we thought it might be a bit long, but in the end we wished we could have stayed longer! There is so much to see and do in and around Victoria, and when you are tired of all that this is an oasis to rest and relax. Incredible breakfast,...

Off the beaten track but well worth the effort. I smile a lot when I recall their friendliness and hospitality. Makes me wish I could get back to Canada more...

We stayed here recently for 2 nights (married couple plus adult friend). The location is a little of the beaten track, but is really beautiful. The hosts, Jos & Donna are super friendly and gave us great information on what to see and do. The house itself is very nice and comfortable with great views. You won't want lunch after...
