We have spent a week at Rosewood. The location is fantastic, one block from Parliament & the BC museum. Downtown Victoria is completely walkable. The public bus system will take you anywhere you want for $2.50 or a senior at $1.50. The main bus stop for all buses is only a block away! Rosewood provided an excellent breakfast every morning....

Overall Nice Inn not really a B&B because they charge with taxes about $30.00/day per couple for Breakfast and Afternoon tea which isn't alot but considering what you got and how it was presented you could find much better B&B's breakfasts in Victoria. But what was nice about staying there is the nice staff and the large clean rooms plus the...

This is a wonderful small hotel within two blocks of the Empress Hotel and the BC Museum. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The three course breakfasts were scrumptious. Their sitting room downstairs was quite comfortable and provided a pleasant way to talk with fellow guests. We would definitely return to the Rosewood.

It was much better than expected. A short walk from the harbor and the tourist area. The manditory meal fee was well worth it especially compared to the Empress Tea. Rooms were a nice hotel size. Only things I would like to see changed is a bigger shelf for toiletries in the bathroom and non glass glasses in there.

My partner and I rave about the Rosewood Inn! The service and food are amazing. My partner is gluten-free and the staff is wonderful about accommodating her with options. Worth the $13 a day for food. Within walking distance to beautiful Beacon Hill Park and downtown Victoria. Our second time staying here. A wonderful, hidden gem.

Make sure you check before booking if the breakfast is included. I book with book.com and it was. Got there and was told I had to pay a mandatory fee of 13.00 per person per day. Breakfast is a sign up for 8 or 9.15 first come service. The stuff could be more friendly to the guest. The location is great.

The Inn was purchased by Vacation Internationale a year ago and was listed as under renovation and not up to VI standards. They must be almost done with the upgrades because it was a wonderful surprise. We had first floor rooms and they had clearly undergone renovation. New paint throughout the living room, our bedrooms, the lobby and the atrium...

There is a fee added onto your room for $13 daily per person, which includes breakfast and tea every day. The breakfasts and teas were very good. Nice staff. If you are looking for staff to be around a lot, this is not the place to stay. The staff here does it all, cooks, cleans and checks in guests! You'll...

Love the Rosewood Inn. A quaint, B&B located just blocks away from the Parliment Building on a tree lined residential street. The Victorian style transports you to another era. We stayed in the Venetian suite (booked as a Hotel room deluxe through our timeshare). The room was spacious with a fireplace, antique furniture, and a huge jacuzzi tub..so elegant. The...

We just came back from our two night stay at the Rosewood Inn. The location is excellent (behind the parliament building) for walking to and around downtown. For those who may not already know this is run as a bed & breakfast however no one actually lives here. There are two historical homes which are joing together by an atrium...
