The building is cute, offering a couple of bedrooms, all with their own bath, which is very convenient. Priced reasonably in a fairly expensive city, it gave us an opportunity to relax at night, after extensive walks around Victoria. I strongly recommend walking over to the harbor along the water, rewarding views of the area. You should also take the...

Beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms in a beautiful location overlooking a lovely garden and park and West Bay Marina. Victoria is easily accessible by the walkway or the little harbour ferry taxi's. Patrice the manager and hostess makes you feel very welcomed the moment you enter the foyer and she goes above and beyond with her hospitality. She cooks amazing breakfasts...

This place is very nice. Off the beaten path and quiet with good-sized rooms looking out over a garden to the harbor. There is a welcoming, well-stocked open-air common area on the second floor with books, snacks, DVDs, and coffee/tea makings. Patrice, the manager, is a force of nature!

Patrice was great! She greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the house. She even set out all the walking path information in our room since we'd mentioned being walkers when booking. Easy access to harbor trail and water taxi pick up/drop off. The breakfast room is wonderful, try to snag the table right by the window...
