Planned on staying for two nights and extended for one additional night. We really enjoyed our stay. The new innkeeper, Patrice, was wonderful; very welcoming, informative, and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic, and plentiful. The location is great. You can either walk into town, take a water taxi right behind the B & B, or take a 10 minute drive...

Patrice is the new Innkeeper of this wonderful B&B and she does a fabulous job managing this Inn! This is such a cute place, just a few steps from the water and adjacent to a small park. We truly enjoyed our stay here and Patrice's yummy breakfasts. Patrice is welcoming, very friendly and ensures that her guests have everything they...

We had stayed in this B&B a few time over the past several years when Sue & Zen were managing. It has certainly changed. The glasses in the bathroom had toothpaste on the bottom, the mirror was terribly dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky. The breakfast glasses were dirty on the outside and dirty dishes were still in the...

A friendly, knowledgeable host with a lot of useful sightseeing suggestions. The rooms varied in sizes and prices but comfortable. A fantastic location, across the harbour with an enjoyable, picturesque walk into Victoria. The breakfasts were creative and flowing with maple syrup.

We had booked for just two nights in this B&B, towards the end of our 4 week trip to Western Canada. First impressions count for a lot, and these were pretty poor! The host was dressed rather shabbily and on entering the carpet on the stairs was grubby and stained. Our room was spacious and quite well equipped with no...

While I am not a picky person...I struggled somewhat with this place. The good: 1. Don was very knowledgeable and nice. 2. The house was in a great location being a short drive away. 3. The walk way was great. 4.Gabys restaurant is fantastic. 5. Bed and bathroom was nicely cleaned. The not so good: 1. I think the keeper...

This bed and breakfast has lovely rooms and is in a great location, really easy to walk or take a water taxi into the heart of Victoria. First time we'd ever had a soufflé for breakfast- very nice!! Don, the host, was also extremely helpful with advice on local restaurants and excursions. would certainly recommend!

This is a great B & B...it is not in the center of things, but in a charming pretty area. We booked all 4 rooms..all very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast/sitting room is upstairs, so if you have trouble with stairs, this wouldn't be the place for you.Don fixes great breakfasts, and we enjoyed our evening bottle of wine. Part...

A friend and I stayed in the Orca room for a girlfriend retreat in August. Whereas the temps were high outside, the room itself was fairly cool. Saving grace was the huge ceiling fan over the bed and being on the second floor we could have the two windows open and leave them open. Suite and bathroom were clean and...
