This renovated hotel with a good location in downtown Victoria is certainly a gem. It provides a clean room with modern amenities. What's great, it has complimentary parking availability. Most hotels in downtown Victoria charge an overnight parking fee, even for hotel guests.

Close to downtown and easy to get to. Probably not in the best part of town but it has been totally renovated and was much better than I expected. The rooms were fine with great décor and comfi beds. The bathroom was also upgraded with new modern fixtures. I would stay here again for sure if the price point stays...

Location is a 8 min walk to downtown Vic & an 8 min walk to the Vic Breweries which for us was a perfect location. Our room (340) was in a horrible location, it was right beside the vending machines & the stairway which was used for everyone coming in/out from the lobby to the 3rd floor. Our 1st night...

We were a group of three friends staying for three nights. The room had two queen sized beds, enough for us, a small kitchenette and a nice size bathroom. All was clean and neat. This hotel is from a walking distance from all the city center attractions. And we drove to see the gardens, such as Butchart and Abkhenazi, so...

The people were nice, and answered all my questions. My room and bathroom were very spacious. The water pressure in the shower was good, and the toiletry products were nice. The free coffee and Keurig were nice to have in the morning. Location was great! On the northern border of downtown, it took 10 min to walk in. And it...

Stayed at this hotel for one night with my husband while visiting Victoria. This hotel exceeded my expectations based on the very cheap cost of the stay. The room was super comfy and included a kitchenette and keurig with coffee and tea. The bed was comfy, the pillows a little hard for my liking but did not effect my sleep....

Just a few minutes walk from downtown. It looked like the rooms were updated recently and were clean and quiet, with very comfortable beds. There was a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Free parking. For the budget conscious traveler looking for a downtown hotel, this is a good place to stay.

Location was good and it was nice that there was free parking. The room itself was pretty dirty - mould in the shower, disgustingly dirty lampshade. Luckily we were only there one night so if you don't really care about cleanliness this is a good hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, had a large room with a well equipped kitchenette, quiet room with a very comfortable king size bed. It was too cold to use the pool, but l ate in the bar once and the service was tremendous. Actually, all the staff at the hotel, from the cleaners, the housekeeper to the front...
