Positives: We got a very good rate for staying four nights. We used Expedia to book this hotel. The room we got had a terrace and the view to the whistler mountain was amazing. The picture is the view from our room. The room was fully equipped and clean. Hot tub, fridge, stove, etc Bus stop right in front of...

The Pinnacle was all we hoped for while planning our trip. The room was adequate size wise ( we had five bags and a full ski bag ) The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped and clean. Every time we said "I wonder if there is a...." all we had to do was look and there...

I stayed here during our March break for 5 days and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were nice and spacious with a hot tub for relaxing and soaking our skiing/snowboarding feet. Room was always clean and staff were very helpful with recommending things to do/places to eat. In addition, one of the young ladies at night was very helpful...

Great hotel with everything you need in the room including great kitchenette and working jacuzzi for a nice relaxing soak. It is in great central location, walking distance to all amenities. Fireplace and balcony in the room were also very nice.

The hotel is very tired, beat up. The pool and hot tub are a joke, small....the tub fits 5 people, there was a line up every day after skiing. The rooms are tired, outdated and beat up. The reception area is tiny. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again. Yes a free shuttle to the gondolas or a 10 minute walk...

Plunging your privates into cold water. This is the second hotel in B. C. Where I have received a cold shock sitting down on the toilet. It appears that hotel renovators are enamored with low profile toilet seats which puts you closer to the water when you sit down and in fact puts your privates in the water. If they...

Pinnacle is ideally positioned for the skier. Shuttle bus stops outside, market place around the corner and a short walk to the Nordic hut for great coffee. Hotel has all that you need for a holiday. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended

tired hotel, but overall its state is reflected in the price. Positive: two excellent restaurants Negative: no breakfast served, below average mattress, fitness facility a joke and one of the two crosstrainers not working at all, whirlpool overdosed with chlorine. Advice to guests: get a room AWAY from the streets as it is very noisy starting 5 or 6 in...

Not a luxury hotel by any means, just convenient and functional. Linens were the best part of the room, that had a decent washroom and full kitchenette. The over sized jacuzzi is a waste of space. Reasonable prices.

Silverfish bugs / poissons d'argents in the bathroom. Location is great, easy access with buses. Pricy, considering that I had to sleep on the sofa bed. Nice to have a complete kitchen. The spa has too much chemicals in it.
