Nice check in, good breakfast variety (hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, bagels, eggos, muffins, yogurt...nothing really hot, but that was ok). Our room was right at the lobby (1st floor). So it was a little loud at times and we could hear the people walking in the room above us but it wasn't anything worth complaining about. As there are...

Thank you for having stayed with us, and I'm happy to hear your overall experience went well. Our complimentary breakfast is as advertised, a fairly basic continental meal with a few upgraded items. All the best, Jim

The hotel is in an excellent location for the slopes, a max 5 min walk to the cable cars. It's also very close to the main shops and restaurants but still quiet. Our room was a good size, the only downside was it had an interconnecting door to the room next door, and you could hear everything, even people's conversations,...

Thank you for your posting. You are very correct in that our location is one of the best in the Village, I'm happy you enjoyed the facilities, and apologise for the noise caused by the guests next door. It is difficult to have a whirlpool large enough to accommodate all guests immediately when coming off the hill, I think you...

You pay for the location (great location!) and since it's Whistler. The accommodations are outdated and is fine if you just want a simple hotel stay. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean. Definitely need to upgrade to match the other hotels in the area.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review, we are a hotel known well for its terrific location. You are correct that there are some very high-end properties in Whistler, and I would suggest that someone looking for more than a well located, comfortable, clean and friendly hotel might look further as we do not have some of...

A really great place to stay as it is right in the heart of Whistler. We stayes two nights as part of our Canadian Rockies tour group. They staff at the front desk were very friendly and called me a taxi when needed and helped out with directions. I loved the decor of the rooms and it had a cosy...

Hotels need to either do a good continental breakfast or dont do one at all. This hotel.provides a really average breakfast. Charge a few bucks more and get a healthy breakfast line going. This isnt the 90s anymore and we are Canadian, we like to.eat well. Rooms where good. Front desk service was average. Would try somewhere else next time.

I am sorry to read that you felt our breakfast inadequate for you needs. It is true that the hotel does offer a basic continental breakfast to our guests for no additional charge. The meal is truly meant as a basic breakfast, fortunately we do have some wonderful restaurants in our immediate area should you need something more substantial. All...

The location of the listel was perfect. Pretty much right in the middle of Whistler village, you can walk to everything. Free hot choc in the afternoons in winter makes for a great welcoming. The staff are more then helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are simple but clean and...

My experience was very satisfied with the trip, clean rooms, comfortable beds, it is suitable for a family of four living. But breakfast is too simple, if can enrich a little more. we will come here again . I would recommend to a friend.

Thank you very much for your positive comments I am happy to read that you and your family did have a good stay with us. The hotel was clean and well managed. We arrived at 9am and they let us check into our room which made getting ready to ski so much better! We stayed here Dec 11-21st and had a great experience. This is one of the few hotels left in whistler that still offers an inclusive breakfast (buffet - toast/cereal/eggs/fruit) and it's excellent value. Further the location is great, a five minute walk to the base of the village gondola. We booked in Sept and paid less than $100 a night...
