As to be expected in an activity focused town like Whistler, these rooms are intended to be occupied for sleeping. Two queen beds in the room plus all the expected basics left little spare space. Location meant that it was easy to access all that Whistler Village has to offer including ready access to the Peak 2 Peak gondola. A...

Love your location. Staff very friendly. Love that the hotel is dog friendly and there is a continental breakfast. Our son's wedding was at the Bearfoot Bistro so it couldn't have been any more convenient.

We stayed at the Listel because our son's coach booked their block of rooms there. The front desk service was excellent and the rooms were clean and welcoming but, sadly, I will not stay again by choice. Older children in tournaments have room curfews, they often don't get back from the rink until 8-10 pm. and they eat a LOT....

Hello HockeyMom1913, Thank you for your feedback regarding our hotel services. I understand your desire for room service being available at the hotel you stay in. Like many hotels in Whistler, we do not offer room service, and therefore do not present ourselves as having this amenity. We have explored the possibility of offering room service, but it is not...

We stayed for 4 nights in late September to ride the bike park. Overall, the hotel is clean and relatively inexpensive [book through Whistler central reservations for a discount compared to what Listel advertises on their website]. They have a secure bike room, a good location in the village, and the complimentary continental breakfast was really quite good. We'll be...

I have to admit that it was actually a pain that we just turned up in Whistler early July not having booked any accommodation. To offset our very expensive dinner in Vancouver the evening before, we wanted to stay at a reasonably-priced hotel which is a bit of a challenge in Whistler, even in the summer. Whistler is undeniably very...

Hotel is just steps into the village. Hotel has been updated nicely. Free computers in lobby for use and WiFi throughout the hotel. Also a great continental breakfast is included for those staying in whistler on a budget. Can't go wrong with this hotel. Would stay again.

Great front desk staff. Superb beds. very clean rooms. Excellent location. We returned for a second night later in our holiday and were offered an excellent rate as returning guests. We were upgraded to a corner room which had lovely views. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. It would have been better had there been a mixed sauna and...

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. What put us off was the very unfriendly front desk clerk upon our arrival. The other staff running the desk later were friendly and courteous. The bed was very comfortable.

Located in village a few steps from the main street. Friendly and efficient staff. This is our second visit within a month. We stayed on the first floor and 3rd floors - rooms with 2 double beds are large with coffee/tea available and clean. Breakfast is included but the breakfast room is sadly dated with cumbersome tables and seating. Space...
