My wife and I spent two nights here on a three week fly-drive holiday to western Canada. Check in was quick and efficient with the girl on reception telling us where we could park our car free of charge in the village centre. Our room was a large queen room, with plenty of storage space and a big flat screen...

Perfect for a short stay everything was great about the room, and the hotel location is ideal for Whistler. The only issue we had is that there was no freezer portion in the room fridge and we needed to freeze icepacks overnight to carry our son's milk through the day but that's wouldn't be an issue for most travellers.

i've stayed at this place a few times. nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff while still low key/casual in a good way. not too far away from the lifts and the central parts of the village. reasonable value, but it fills up quickly (that's one of the downsides of Whistler...)

People were awesome, service really good. No A/C in the room, which in Whistler shouldn't be a big deal. Room facing the sun all day, and no real windows after sitting with the window open all day at 78 degrees. Room stayed warm all evening. Only a small fan offered to cool down the room.

Very well located in the town with nice comfortable rooms. The continental breakfast was good. Left cell phone behind and staff was excellent in efforts to have it returned - it was very appreciated!!

We visited Whistler in August 2014 for a one night stay on a way through BC, and picked the Listel because of good reviews and reasonable price. The hotel was nice and clean, in a great location to access all the amenities and included a nice breakfast. The downside was that the room was very hot as there was no...

Hubby did surprise trip to Whistler without booking hotel. Pleasantly surprised re $94 pricing (plus $18 per night parking cost). Not a fan of that but as we have classic car, didn't want to leave in free parking area about 10 mins away. Still pretty decent price. Very comfy bed etc. - had a great sleep. Well located to Village...

Good Customer service, arrived early, good assistance in stowing baggage both upon arrival and when leaving. Lovely rooms, forms part of the central Whistler Village, good breakfast (included in price) nice variety, good additional facilities i.e washing machine, clothes drying etc. So handy to all of Whistler central.
