The only issues I had is that the roomed smelled funny due to the cleaning solution that was used. Also the pool was freezing and very dirty. I was also disappointed that when I ran out of toothpaste and asked if there was a travel one, nothing was available. I was instructed to go to the nearest store.

Roomy suites, overly soft beds (plushy mattress but I need something firmer for my back), steps from The Village Stroll, excellent rates, free wifi, no breakfast. Go to Ingrid's for breakfast- great food, good prices. The staff seems happy and helpful, very friendly. They have underground self parking for $20 a day. Our room was the last available room which...

We stayed here as part of a roadtrip heading East to West. The resort and hotel is geared up for the ski season but the place was full of mountain bikers so was really busy. The hotel itself had underground parking which was easy enough and the room was large enough with all amenities. The place was clean and tidy...

Needs updating and fix the balcony, I wouldn't stay there again for what we paid was too much. Parking was terrible for $19.00 a night! Hallways were old and hot, need to update your ventilation system.

The hotel was ok. We were able to do a pre check in and park our car. It is a little bit of an older hotel. The murphy bed was not too comfortable and we didn't get a great night sleep. Noise above was obvious.

Do not ask for romantic package, not worth the money. We did do this through social shopper so cheap deal, would not pay full price, for what we paid adequate. Great location, very near all shops and restaurants.

We stayed here for a night and booked a studio. When we got there the AC in the room was not working. The maintenance guy came up, and couldn't fix it. He offered us a bigger and better room, and even helped us move our stuff. New room was a suite, and the AC worked. Only thing I didn't like...

When I arrived for check-in, I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. They have a very late check-in time (4pm), so I asked to be called when my room was ready. No call by 3pm so I returned in person only to be advised that my room was indeed ready, so no effort to contact...

Just a more thorough check from housekeeping in rooms for possible things that are left behind to be returned. That being said, the hotel is in a great location and I always stay there when I go up to Whistler.

The suites are a bit older but definitely value for the cost. Everything is clean and tidy, having the kitchenette is a great benefit. Location is just behind the village stroll so access is great. I'd book a suite here over a standard room at a "swankier" hotel any day
