The Alpenglow is a very convenient appartment-hotel, when you take it for what it is. They make it pretty clear that the reception is not staffed 24/7, but service is still available by phone. We had a problem with our fridge that stopped functionning in the middle of our 5 day stay (these things happen). A single phone call at...

Stayed for two nights with our 2 year old . location was great and the coffee shop below was good ( I am a coffee snob where in nz our coffee is great ) . The burger shop below the hotel was awesome too and nice and easy . Room was fine .quite spacious but the bed folds out from...

Stopped here during our 2 week break to whistler in March. Had to checkin - out at a different hotel, not sure why. But the alpenglow lodge was perfect for us. A short walk to the village, a short walk to the super market and plenty of restaurants around. The room was tidy and had lots of space for all...

We were fooled by the good reviews. We did not enjoy our stay at the Alpenglow Lodge. People were partying until 3am and nothing was done. I phoned to complain at about 12:00am about the noise of the revellers and the office phoned back at 1am instead of dealing with it. The elevator machinery makes a tremendous amount of noise...

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful apartment, with all the facilities we required. Everything was very clean, and the bed was amazing. This apartment was set right in the middle of the complex, so not far to walk to any of the attractions. We had a great meal on our last night, so have very good memories of the...

My wife Rachael and I stayed here during our weekend jaunt in lovely Whistler, BC. Rach Kettle recently retired so we thought we should celebrate by travelling outside of Texas for the first time (I myself have been retired for a few years now, I'm not getting any younger) The hotel room was quaint and had a fireplace that reminded...

We stayed for 3 nights in June and suited our needs well. The location was convenient in whistler village with restaurants a close walk away and some right at your doorstep. The room was clean and the kitchen comes fully equipped. The bed was not the most comfortable but just OK. We parked our car in lot 4, which offers...

I stayed at the Alpenglow Lodge in February in a 1-bedroom suite. I booked my room online and received a confirmation email stating the total price of the room. Needless to say I was shocked when I check my credit card to find an additional charge of $224 for what according to the hotel was an "extra person fee". I...

Hello Alex, The charges to your card were for an upgrade to a one bedroom suite and the extra $15/night for a third person. When you originally made your reservation you booked a queen studio for one person. When we spoke with your prior to arrival you mentioned there would be 3 people staying. The suite you had booked had...

No complaints with the service, style or price booked over the phone for an off-season weekend. Very satisfied with the comfy...

The hotel is beautiful, the scenery and view from the balcony is stunning. It is located minutes from Whistler village. Booked privately through Booking.com. The room was like a mini apartment. Free wifi, fully equipped kitchen / dining area, tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided, bath robes and a furnished balcony. A little bit of luxury during my backpacking trip....
