I enjoy a swim and hot tub after the sloops this hotel has a restaurant that over looks the pool area. This not a comfortable situation for the people dinning or the pool goers (the restaurant is very popular). Great location to the lifts and shopping older hotel but clean and well stock very friendly staff.

I recently stayed at the Mountainside Lodge with my colleague during the 2011 Whistler Film Festival. We were very impressed with their spacious loft suite and loved the in-room sauna. The kitchenette was a nice feature (we both love cooking) and gave the space a nice homey feel. There was a jet tub in the main bathroom, which was a... More

Last February we stayed in a Loft Suite for a week ski vacation. This was my third trip to Whistler, and Mountainside Lodge was the best place we've stayed. Loved having 2 bathrooms - made it very reasonable to have 4 people share the suite. The trundle bed in the kitchen was the source of much giggling, but apparently it... More

We had booked 2 Studios and a Loft Suite for 8 family members for 4 nights. The studios were roomy enough for 2 people and they were fully equipped kitchens. A really nice touch was the bath robes in the room. The Murphy Beds were comfortable but the one minor complaint we found was that it was hard to get... More

My husband and I stayed at the Mountainside Lodge last weekend. We had a one bedroom suite which was perfect for us. There were 2 bathrooms so we each had our own space. The kitchen had a nice dining table, full fridge, stove and dishwasher so if you wanted to, you could eat meals in. The decor was very warm and... We were blown away by the service we got from Lynne at this hotel. First of all we arrived at Whistler Village hot and with nothing booked & went to the busy info centre where we made our reservation by phone. When we arrived at the hotel we were immediately upgraded from the studio room we had reserved to a... More

First time to Whistler and couldn't have asked for better weather. The hotel was perfectly located in the Village. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, free internet, handy kitchenette. My only comment is to not rent the studio with the murphy bed. Woke up each morning with a very sore back from a thin, hard mattress.

My husband and I received a gift of a week-long timeshare stay at the Mountainside Lodge in July. It was our first visit to Whistler. Our friends had been to Whistler, but always in the winter with snow. So, we were not really sure what to expect in the summer. Our introduction to the Lodge was wonderful. As soon as... More

I booked a loft suite for my wife and daughter. The room is very clean with enough space for three or even four people and the suite even had two complete baths. Aside from the A/C there were two fans just in case it gets hot upstairs especially during the summer months. The loft upstairs even had a sauna. There... More
