We chose this lodge based on trip adviser reviews. We were not disappointed. Originally thought about the Fairmont , but so glad we stayed here in the heart of it all. My husband and I came with our 6 adult children and a one year old grandson. We played everyday in the snow. If anyone noticed the giant snowman near...

We came from the UK for a family skiing holiday over the Christmas/New Year break and chose the Pan Pacific Village Centre based largely on its TripAdvisor reviews. We stayed for 6 nights and as this was peak time/peak rates we were hoping for a good quality experience to match the prices. Our suite on a high floor was an...

The hotel is in a great location and offers mountainside locker and ski valet services so everything is easy. The staff here are truly superb. The complimentary après drinks give a great opportunity to connect with staff and creates a bit of a community sense. Not cheap, but nothing is over Christmas, and would gladly go again.

First time in Whistler and booked the hotel from Australia. Family of six with four teenage sons. Spent nine days here. Little did I realize how close it was to the Whistler Gondola. 2 minute walk. The convenience of storing skis at its sister hotel was ideal. The staff were excellent. The rooms were beautiful. Everything was perfect. No hesitation...

This hotel really is the best, this is my second time here and they remembered that my kids like Cows ice cream in the village and left a gift certificate for this business in the room for when we arrived. Classy! The hotel is intimate, friendly and very quiet; even when the hotel is full you can't hear another guest...

A very cosy and friendly hotel. In the middle between whistler village and the Olympic village which makes dining convenient. Ski lockers available at PP mountainside makes the skiing experience even more comfortable. We were upgraded from studio to one room with couch which is more spacious. Complimentary hot drinks all day is welcoming when returning from the cold outdoors.

The suite on the 5th floor- 5519 I believe was terribly cold. Heaters were all full blast, the only warm spot was in front of the fireplace, even then, the huge windows with the curtains drawn just let in so much cold air. We stayed for 2 nights, and everything was on point. The buffet breakfast was delicious (much better than many other 4-5 star hotels I've stayed at). Only 5 minutes from the gondolas.
