The Carleton was nicely located and had lots of room for the 6 of us. The Wifi was slow and the main tv remote wasn't working very well, so we used the remote from the master bedroom in conjunction. Accessing the lodge trough the garage & village entrance was not the easiest as you need a length access code. The...

We had a great experience at Carleton Lodge. Central location, but still quiet. We accidentally left behind some clothing in a drawer. Housekeeping collected items and Sundial Reception called us later that day. They were so helpful, and arranged to have the items mailed back to us. Excellent customer service! Very happy.

My family and I had a great stay at the Carleton Lodge, Whistler. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great. Just wished that the master bedroom mattress would slightly be more comfortable.

Location was ideal and room was gorgeous and reasonably priced! Booked many excursions and most were only a few meters from our door. The gondola was right outside the hotel and access to the many phenomenal restraints are just outside your door! We stayed in a platinum suite with full kitchen, laundry and a lot of privacy for our family!...

Extremely comfortable rooms, right in the middle of all the action by the mountain bike park and Whistler's village. Wi-fi worked really well and we loved the keyless way of getting in and out of the place. Also, the room had a nice kitchen and everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Check In / Check Out - You go to the Sundial. I could not help overhearing the check in of a Sundial guest vs. a Carleton guest. I felt the check in process was a courtesy. We were on our own. Condo: Overall good: It's starting to see wear of guests. Enjoyed the unobstructed view of the mountain and its...
