Perfectly located just off the highway. Nice and friendly staff. Modern, almost new hotel, well furnished spacious rooms, good beds, good bathroom with bathtub and shower and huge vanity. Breakfast with original choices like egg muffins to heat up in the microwave. Good restaurant close by, lots of parking space.

The hotel is located conveniently off the highway and it’s quite quiet. The rooms are big and comfortable with modern design and furnishings. But the bathroom was dirty. There was mold on the floor, stains all over the place, I was really disappointed. I understand it’s Covid times, but the on-site restaurant was closed and the breakfast was blah.

Very nicely appointed and friendly hotel. In a beautiful setting if facing the adjacent golf course. Next to an excellent restaurant and recreation center. Has its own well equipped gym. And with a large, nicely furnished lobby with an enticing bar that featured an inviting happy hour. All looks virtually new.

Radisson Kingswood is located about 15 minutes away from the downtown area at the Kingswood Resort. I would use the term "resort" loosely as it is a golf course, restaurant, and bowling alley/arcade complex. For those from larger cities, this complex isn't all that impressive and not what one could consider a resort. One thing to note is that there are no mask restrictions in New Brunswick, however, many people still wear masks when shopping and many retail / restaurants have mandated masks for their staff. However, at the hotel, most staff members have ditched the mask even while dealing with hundreds of travelers from all over. Check in at the hotel was brisk and cold - the front desk staff member greeted me with no emotion and merely handed me the keycard to my room. I booked an "executive" 1 bedroom suite, it was very large, but poorly furnished. The pictures on the site are accurate, but what they fail to show is just how large and empty the room is - very odd design choices. To make matters worse, due to the size of the room, there is inadequate lighting - only a SINGLE lightbulb lights up the living room area. The bar area, due to the lack of light, is merely a dark corner. At night, it was very uncomfortable to be in the room with the lack of light - it was perpetually dim. I requested a second light for the room, but no light was ever delivered. The bedroom area was equally as dark with only the bedside lamp lighting up the room. There was also an inadequate number of sheets and towels, they only provided two sets though the room is for 4+ people (it’s one of the largest rooms you can book). The hotel did deliver a set of sheets but didn't bother to make the sofa bed. Cleaning is hit and miss - underneath the sofa bed it was quite dirty with a lot of crumbs and litter. The hotel also allows pets, so there was pet hair around the sofa bed. The bedroom and bathroom have no locks - so if you're staying with friends, in-laws, or kids, there is NO privacy in the room. Breakfast was basic - continental style, this part was OK. Parking was adequate as well, no complaint there. Overall, I will not be going back to this hotel - the poor furnishing / room design / lighting, lack of cleaning, and cold staff

We chose this hotel because it could accommodate our family in a suite (bedroom door can be closed) & because it had windows that could open (extra covid reassurance) and non-carpeted floors. A kettle would've been nice for tea in the morning. Cons: - No one was at front desk when we check in. Waiting 10 minutes with a small child at 8pm after a flight isn't ideal. - The rollaway bed was quite literally that: it rolled all over the place on the laminate floors! We had to jimmy it with our suitcase to keep it from moving all night long. The wheels should be able to lock. - The blackout curtains in the bedroom didn't go all the way to the sides & top so room was too bright in the morning, waking up our child far too early. This was really frustrating. - The floors and surfaces did not look very clean upon entering. Would have liked a more thorough sweep/mop and wiping down of desk & tables. I had to ask to have it done again. Maybe the dark floor just shows too much dirt/dust? Pros: - Our room was quiet. - Windows could be opened. - Separate air conditioning controls in main room and bedroom. - During a 1-hour total power outage across Hanwell, and water shut off, staff were happy to bring us three bottles of water when I requested them. - Accommodating staff when requested the floors be mopped and a stained towel be replaced. Overall it was a fine stay. It met our needs for somewhere to sleep while visiting family in Fredericton.
