We stayed at the Radisson for one night, on the way home from Nova Scotia to Ontario. We were not expecting much more than the typical hotel-by-off-ramp experience, but this Radisson was a very pleasant surprise. It is situated on a golf course, and it feels like a resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view over the little lake was a bonus. The beds were comfortable, and there was even a microwave and a fridge in the room. The hotel accepts dogs and does not apply any pet fees, which was another pleasant surprise. The other nice thing that must be mentioned is the authentic kindness and helpfulness of all of the staff members that we encountered. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the Fredericton region, especially those with dogs who are looking for good-quality accommodations that are also pet-friendly.

We came at the time of Covid and the Hotel is using security measures: all employees wear a mask, there is acrylic on the counter, disinfectant gel and to enter the elevator there are warnings and there is also alcohol gel in the middle of the elevator doors.
In the bedroom, the television remote control is wrapped in plastic.

The Hotel is new, modern and beautiful!
The room is large, with wooden floors (which are not cold), television, refrigerator, coffee maker and wardrobe.
The bed (king) is very comfortable.
The bathroom is modern with a glass shower.
At the Hotel there is a lake and a large golf course and the view is very beautiful!
There is also a pleasant area behind and if you want to make a fire, you have chairs, cut wood and a fireplace.
Great place to rest!
At the gym the number of people is limited because of Covid.
The hotel offers breakfast!
Parking is large and free.
Excellent hotel!

Had an evening meal after a horrendous drive to Fredericton ( due to the snow) and we decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. My husband and I both had steaks which were done perfectly( as ordered).
I have food issues and the server was AMAZING! She got me a great meal and I had no issues!
FREDERICTON in general is not a great place to eat if you have food issues. I come here in a monthly basis so I have had way too much experience with restaurant eating here.
The hotel is a great place to stay.

After a long day of travel and work, I finally got a chance to check into the hotel and this is where the problems began. A confirmation email was received the morning of our stay, when I arrived to check in I was advised all 7 rooms were booked in for November, strange considering we received a confirmation email. Either way they had the rooms and we were checked in. When entering the room there was a foul smell, only to find cigarette ashes and dirty clothes behind the couch, dirt and stains on the bed. Went back to the front desk to get a new room, I was given a new card only to find out there was already someone in the new room (whom was also at the front desk because of the excess of pubic hair in their shower). So I was given a third room, although it was better then the first, there was hair in the sink, 5 years of dust under the bed, and what I can only describe as bodily fluids down the side of the bed. At this point I packed my things, told the front desk I would not be staying and found a new hotel (thank you Best Western). In the current times we are living in (COVID-19) this hotel is not being properly cleaned and guests should be fearful of staying here! I will be reporting this hotel to the proper health authorities as they are obviously not following proper health guides mandated by the government.

Recently stayed. Hotel staff were consistently rude and defensive regardless of conversation approach. Lead us to feel unwelcome and nervous to ask questions. It is a toxic work environment. Rooms were decent and clean but the bathroom doors are very poorly designed which leaves large gaps for privacy and all bathroom noise echoing throughout the room. The continental breakfast was expensive and not good and the bartender we had mixed drinks really poorly. If they updated the bathroom doors and got rid of the toxic staff members it would be a decent hotel.

Thank you for posting a review. We are sorry to hear that your stay was less than satisfying due to the condition of the bathroom door, breakfast and the service you received from the hotel staff at that time. Providing our guests with a comfortable and relaxing experience is of extreme importance to us and we are sorry if we may have missed the mark. Know that your voice has been heard and this will be forwarded to the hotel management for further improvements. We hope for another opportunity to make a more favorable impression in the future.

Busy lives, but a quick "staycation" for our 35th anniversary. The specific room was booked because the Radisson web page stated that breakfast was included in the booking. When we arrived at the hotel we were told this was no longer the case, and if we wanted breakfast it would be at $15 each. Room and amenities were fine, but the sour taste left from "breakfast is NOT included" lingers on...

Very nice hotel and room. Staff was excellent. Two issues in room: night table lamp/ plug in charger did not work and bathroom fan did not work. Breakfast was good but pricey. Nice lobby.. free local papers.

This is an absolutely beautiful spot. It is on a pond and golf course with fire pits at night time. They don’t have a complimentary breakfast, but it was so close to the city that it didn’t matter.
Exploring Fredericton was easy as it was just a short 2-5 minute drive and the rooms here were gorgeous and super clean. We even took advantage of the path near the hotel and went for a short hike (it’s a snowmobile trail in the winter).
The only cons were the shower curtain really needed to be cleaned and there was makeup on the one room curtain panel. The shower curtain looked clean, but smelled.
Overall, we loved it here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The front desk agent was very welcoming and efficient. A great balance between professional and friendly.

Our room was very clean and contemporary. Great beds and pillows! The view overlooking the skating pond and golf course was lovely.

We enjoyed a nice dinner and craft beers in the restaurant and the breakfast offered a great assortment of fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, etc. The breakfast host was exceptionally attentive and he encouraged us to return later in the summer when a full breakfast offering would be available. We will definitely take that suggestion!

Checkout was smooth and easy. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Travelling to Nova Scotia we stopped her as it is convenient to the TCH.
This place is very new and very understaffed. The rooms are pleasant clean and comfortable. The bar/restaurant is a disaster in the lobby. The food is very minimal and poor. Fries and wings are ok, the home made soup is tasteless and cooked by an amateur. Do not eat here. Service is poor the food is worse.

There is a golf course with a beautiful lodge where my son had his wedding, which shares the same parking lot. I’m not sure if the hotel actually has banquet rooms.
