The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. My bed was comfortable. The property is well maintained. I had a room with two Queen beds. I had plenty of room to spread out. It would have been nice to have more than one chair in the room in case there is more than one guest.

The person at reception was excellent. After driving to our intended room, we realized our young pup would be stressed as she is afraid of other dogs. When I asked if we could move to a different room, we were offered a suite situated away from other dogs. It was wonderful. It allowed us to bring our dog in and out easily. The room was very comfortable. They also told us where to find a park just down the road. It was great to stretch our legs after a long drive. Thank you so much. It was a great stay.

I have stayed in a variety of Comfort Inns over the last ten years, and all have been generally positive experiences. I was disappointed in the quality of service from the front desk staff at Comfort Inn Fredericton. Unfortunately, due to a potentially fraudulent transaction flagged on my card, I was without a working credit card while travelling home through New Brunswick. I am aware of several Comfort Inn’s in Newfoundland that accept debit or cash deposits, and I stopped at the Comfort Inn Fredericton to ask if they had any available rooms and if they could accept an alternate method of payment. I completely understand that hotels set various policies regarding payment and was prepared to go elsewhere if necessary, but I stopped here first because of my positive experiences in the past with Comfort Inn. The lady working the front desk informed me that not only did the Comfort Inn Fredericton not accept any method of payment aside from a credit card, but went on to say also that this was the case for all hotels in Fredericton. When I then suggested I could make arrangements for a family member to call and pay for my room via a credit card, she stated this was illegal in New Brunswick, that the name on the card had to match the person staying in the room and no credit card could be used unless the person whose name was on the card was physically present. This conversation caused a great deal of unnecessary stress for me, as I was travelling alone without a credit card due to no fault of my own, all my family are in NL, it was already late at night and I understood from the conversation that I had no options for accommodations anywhere in New Brunswick. After speaking with someone else at another hotel, it turned out some of the information she provided was not complete or accurate. I was able to obtain accommodations elsewhere in Fredericton. I do not fault the Comfort Inn for their policy, but I suggest it would be more helpful for staff to acknowledge when they don’t know something or ensure the information they are providing regarding other hotels/local regulations is accurate.…

This is one of the cleanest places I have stayed. You can see the pride of those who work and manage this hotel as everything is so well cared for. We used the guest laundry as we were travelling for a few weeks and it was an excellent and inexpensive experience. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel. What a pleasant stay!

I was sent here by the manager of a former hostel, which had been itself turned into housing for homeless people. The desk clerk found me the cheapest room, which turned out to have a new queen-sized bed-perfect for a solo traveler. The facility provided an excellent breakfast and had good WiFi. It helped that I was able to park close to my upstairs room, and not have to haul bags too far.

Chose this Comfort Inn because we were travelling with a dog. Had a ground floor room and our parking spot was just outside the sliding door, so it was easy to transfer things to and from the room, particularly the dog. Room was a bit dated but had the usual appliances (fridge, microwave and coffee maker). Complimentary breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to several fast food places as well.

First time staying at this location. Have to admit I didn’t know what to expect. Very pleasantly surprised. Room was nicely maintained and clean. Had all the amenities as described. Only thing I would have preferred as a coffee maker was a Keurig. I like yo travel with my own flavoured coffee. But that’s just my preference. All said I would gladly stay here in the future. Thanks

clean, convienent location but far enough away from noise pollution to get an excellent nights sleep. Bed was comfortable. A breakfast was provided in a clean spacious breakfast room. Staff friendly and helpful. Free WiFi. Coffee in room.

Spent a night here while in New Brunswick for work. Great location near the highway, it's a big hotel with lots of rooms. The room was nice and comfortable. Check in and Check out were quick and easy. Nice fast WiFi. Good place to stop at.

This is what you would expect, no bells and whistles but it was clean, only complaint was our room had obviously been smoked in and they had put one of the odour eaters in there and it was still sitting in there when we arrived all shrivelled up. Also... please stop with the plastic cutlery at breakfast there’s no excuse for it.
