The staff was friendly and the room was nice. The only problem was when I booked they never told me beforehand I needed a credit card for a deposit. I don't have a credit card but luckyfully they allowed me to use my bank card. They should do a better job at telling people this.

We got here rather late, but the staff was very friendly. Rate was pretty good, room was pretty nice and quiet. The stay was great! Only thing missing was a breakfast but can't complain too much about that.

We stayed one night on our way to the Cabot Trail. Hotel is dated but clean and comfortable. Beds were VERY comfortable and we had an excellent nights sleep. We used the pool and hot tub to move and smooth our weary muscles from the long drive we had put in. We had a pet friendly room as travelling with a dog.

The room was clean and the bed was very, very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well. There was a little coffee maker and a very comfortable chair with a reading lamp. A large mall and Cineplex theatre was a short walk away. Stores and food court open until six. Hotel Parking is available just outside the door near your unit. There was no breakfast included with my reservation but the adjoining restaurant had a full breakfast special of eggs, bacon, toast and coffee for $8.

1st fail-We checked into our room and the couple before us had asked to be near our family and another family. We were in a tournament with several teams, we have children on different teams and it would make it easier for driving kids to games, we were advised we were all in the same area. We arrived at our room which was on the opposite side of the building amongst another team. They said they were all booked and no other rooms available. 2nd fail- our room was very outdated and in the middle of the night the light in the bathroom burnt out. not much we would be able to do as they "had no other rooms available", and i didn't need maintenance coming in and waking our kids. 3rd fail- while sitting in the courtyard a homeless man came in and was asking for a drive to Montreal and telling us about his drug issues. (Our children were in the courtyard as well) Over all a very frustrating experience, second time staying in this facility and it will be the last time. I will now be booking our team at another location for our tournaments.…

Super friendly staff. The food was excellent with reasonable pricing. Kudos to the chef. Rooms were ok, would of prefer not to have a rug in the room, outdated a bit, maybe add a fridge also. The bathroom was very small. That would be all the negative review I will say. Walking distance to the mall was a great deal for me. Would I go again, absolutely.

First impression. The entrance on the side stinks. Like a B/O smell. The lobby is outdated but it’s clean enough. It’s obviously old. Our bedroom has a scent that kinda irritates your nose. The furnitures are old and you feel dirty sitting on the chairs afterwards. The table and dresser are loaded with dings and scratches. The sheets are okay but again, they’re old. The floor is laminate but it feels sticky. I have to walk around with a rug for a good hour to clean the floor. The bathroom door creeks so everytime you have to go to the bathroom, you’d wake up your family. Door corners are water damaged. The wall plug is loose (fire hazard) and plug covers are broken. The phone in the room is also damaged. I didn’t try using it coz I don’t think it’s clean - it doesn’t look clean! It’s okay for the price (or at least that’s what I was telling my family) considering there’s three beds but definitely wont come back ever again!!! It’s like staying in a super low class motel. Oh and did I mention that the hallway smells old? They don’t vacuum hallways that’s why there are crumbs and look so dirty. The people working there are old too except for the cleaning crew. No offence.. Im surprise how much stars it has. Maybe the rooms by the entrance is better but as soon as you’re at room 200 plus, expect that they’re bad quality rooms. No fridge, no micro. Wifi is slow and won’t load. It’s the sort of place where crimes or murder would happen. I emailed them first and inquire about the 3 queen rooms and I was told that I would have everything I would need to make my stay comfortable but it was all a lie… If you would even consider staying here thinking that Im exaggerating and then later on have the same experience like me - well, you’ve been warned?!!! I told you so!……
