Stayed for 2 nights.
Had a room on the 4th floor, nice room, spacious enough for 3 of us staying (couple and small child); the room was modern and clean. Lots of hot water and good pressure.

There were Covid precautions all the way through - walking through the door there was sanitizer, masks expected to be worn throughout the building; and the room phone and remote were sanitized and in bags. I could see staff doing extra cleaning though the hotel was already kept very clean.

We used the indoor salt water pool multiple times. Well kept, water was nice. Towels down there to use for the pool.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure!

I don’t even know where to begin! This was by far the best hotel stay I have had to date!

At check in I was greeting by Ellen. She was so friendly and informative! She told me everything that would be taking place during our three night stay and even gave me a paper with it all listed! We were very thankful for the paper because this hotel has a lot going on and to take in! It’s like a resort, the only place you need to be! Ellen was such a great receptionist I felt like we had become fast friends!

Our room was very lovely and clean. With Covid the cleaners only come when asked which was totally fine with us and they brought us extra towels everyday once we asked.

The breakfast was be far the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten and the guy (I can’t remember his name) was so friendly!

We stayed for 3 nights and I felt like family when I left.... that is how awesome this hotel is!

It was a very nice hotel and the rate was pretty decent as well. we were welcomed and taken care of at the front desk. they even gave us a lager room so the kids could have more space to play. the room was pretty spacious and well organized. two queen beds and a sofa bed as well. a huge flat screen TV with various apps for everybody to enjoy. the bathroom was an average size for a hotel room and had everything we needed (including TONS of towels).
The swimming pools inside the hotel are a decent size and really clean, the water was cold but its winter and it was a blizzard outside.
I really recommend this hotel and we will be back to stay there next time we're in town.

My first time staying at the Delta. I have to say I expected more. The room was cramped for 4 ladies. If you sit at the desk, open the mini fridge or open the closet door, a person cannot walk by. We booked the room for 4 but only had 2 facecloths and not enough towels. The restaurant, Steamers, in the lobby was so loud and noisy we decided that we couldn’t have an enjoyable meal there. However, the most annoying thing was the fact the Delta charges $12 a night plus HST to park your car in the hotel parking lot. Who does that! I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and have never been charged for parking!!! I will not stay at the Delta again.

I stay at this hotel semi regularly for business. I stayed in December and was over charged for a breakfast which is included in the room rate with the deal my company has. I have been over a month trying to get this fixed and finally today after several conversations and emails it's fixed....BUT they just did the same thing with last nights stay so I had to call again to get this resolved and after 2 more emails they finally got it.
I was def on the party floor last night and after working until 11 pm and having to get back up at 6:30 AM this morning, I am not impressed.
The only bonus for this hotel for me is netflix and youtube on the Television..pretty sad if that's the biggest plus.
They do have a nice pool, but I can stay at the Best Western for $40 bucks less a night and they have a hot tub which the Delta doesn't.
With the prices they charge (hotel and restaurant) which is on the higher end for Fredericton, they need to be able to back it up with service. The food is fine, but nothing extra and a glass of wine that costs me 9 bucks at Montana's is $14 at the Delta.

First impression was not good: it had snowed Thursday night, and when we arrived Friday evening, the parking lot and walkways were still piled with snow. 24 hours later, still no attempt to plow or shovel the area. We had to wade through several inches of snow and slush every time we went outside. Then found out we’re being charged an additional $12 per night for parking! Complete rip off.
Hotel staff had our room prepared, but it wasn’t as clean as I expected for such a pricey hotel. Found hair in the bathtub, a piece of paper from a fortune cookie by the edge of the bed and many crumbs on the floor.
Breakfast is not included, although I was lead to believe by the front desk clerk that it was. I had endless issues getting the mobile key card to work for my room. Cheap, tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles are provided, but they were the worst quality I’ve ever used (no lather, left my hair tangled and greasy feeling). And now I’m trying to sleep and there has been a nonstop parade of loud, drunken guests slamming doors and shouting up and down the hall for over an hour. Will not be returning.

What a great deal, King sized room, 3 course dinner plus $50 Downtown dollars! Had a wonderful nite last nite. Dinner was served in our room, so we could consume our own wine, saved a few bucks! King size bed was very comfy. Loved it!

If you find yourself near Fredericton needing a nights accommodation, or you are looking for a place to spend a couple or few days, you won't go wrong with the Delta Fredericton. This mini resort has everything anyone would require, from the weary traveler to those looking for a short getaway. The lobby is most inviting, as you enter, with a spacious bar, restaurant (STMR.36 BBQ & Social) and lounge area. The staff are courteous and professional. Through the doors at the end of the lobby is a large outdoor patio restaurant and bar as well as an outdoor pool. From hear you have a view of the water as well as boat access to the patio. The food is excellent and the prices reasonable.
The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Our king room had all the normal amenities as well as a couch and coffee table.
The hotel is well located with ample on-site parking. The Grove Cafe is open for breakfast and is conveniently located at the front of our lobby, serving hot and cold Starbucks beverages and snacks. Right across the street from the front of the hotel is the Sunshine Diner where you can enjoy an inexpensive home style breakfast.
We stayed at the Delta on our way from Ontario to Halifax and again on our return to Ontario and will make a point of staying here on future trips.
Well done Delta!!!

We visited this hotel for a little summer get away. The staff is extremely helpful (special shout out to Mark, our server at the pool) and our room was very clean.
They really have a resort feel with many things to do such as Zumba, biking, ice cream tasting, etc.

I would only caution you against buying the "resort drink package" at a price of $80 for 10 drinks (tip and taxes included). We opted for this and quickly realized the liquor had been watered down (everyone there was saying the same thing). This is a bit unfortunate as everything else is expectional. It left a bad taste in our mouth (ah! Pun intended) as we felt we had "been duped". Opt for beer, wine or ask for vodka straight up so that you can mix it yourself. Do not buy pre mixed drinks.

I have been loyal to the Sheraton brand for decades. I have found since merging with Marriott the quality of service and setting is declining and far less than expected. The value for being a SPG customer has declined significantly and the quality is not reflective of the reduced benefits and significantly increased requirements. It’s disappointing that these have further reduced throughout the pandemic. The Fairmont on the other had offers stellar accommodations exceptional customer service and makes it apparent that they value customer loyalty. This property was pretty but the service was poor and unaccommodating. Requests for bedding needed to be made several times. Pillows were not Sheraton quality and extremely uncomfortable. Restaurant was too busy to visit but the bar did offer a few tasty drinks. Overall it was a lack lustre visit and with the many other options in Fredericton I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Check with the delta direct. I don’t think they have rentals. Be sure and visit the free theatre in the park downtown at lunch time when in Fredericton, also the free walking tour that leaves from city hall a couple of times a day! Fredericton is a great city to walk in with lots of walking trails
