Stayed 2 nights and I can't figure out why we stayed the second night. The room was very small and the bathroom so small I still have bruises. The carpet throughout the first and second floor are the worst I have ever seen anyplace public or private. That place should be closed and carpet replaced with flooring of some sort and needs a good cleaning. Never again.

The rooms are dated and small BUT perfectly functional. What really made our stay great was the staff. The first room we were given had a strong cigarette smell. We called the front desk and they moved us within 5 minutes. Bed was very comfy and location was great. We also really enjoyed the outdoor pool. We asked for extra towels as we used ours at the pool and again, someone was there within 5 minutes. We were impressed and will absolutely stay here again when visiting Fredericton.

A Place for a night. The hotel needs a bit of up keeping
Location was good next to all the city services.

Hallways were in rough shape. The carpet is fairly old.
The room had all the basic services but felt humid
noisy air conditionner

Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Zero regard for the guests.
The hallways stunk like cigarette smoke and everything could use a good cleaning.
Had an employee try to enter my room without knocking at 5:45pm with an armload of towels. I told them we were ok because I was heading out and didn't think we needed fresh ones in the room. (Clearly I should have taken all he would give me) because later the same day when we asked at the front desk for a towel for the pool (as stated to do so on the door of the pool) we were told we needed to use the towels in our room, which we only had 2 of, for 2 people, for 2 nights. When I said we would need another so my daughter could shower after the pool I was told I needed to use the one from my room, bring it back to the desk and swap it for a clean one. When I stated that I thought that was ridiculous because I was already down there, and shouldn't have to go back and forth 3 times for the sake of 1 towel I wad told "mam, your room isn't that far" EXCUSE ME? It was actually a decent trek, but regardless, you don't know my mobility or anything else. I just want a towel for the pool.

After that whole debacle, I came back to my room and tried to microwave something for a few seconds and we lost all the power to our room. I proceeded back to the front desk to tell them we lost all of our power and she sends someone up to check the breakers. This girl tries to tell me it's my fault because we used the hair dryer and the microwave at the same time. We never touched the hair dryer. The only thing we were using was the one ceiling light and the microwave. So then she comes into the room and starts switching the plugs around and plugs the microwave into the alarm clock as if that will make any difference, it's all still using the same power source all while making comments implying that I'm the reason that the appliances were plugged in the way they were.

I've stayed in many hotel rooms in my lifetime and never once was I treated with such an utter lack of respect.
I will never be back and I urge others to choose elsewhere as well.

The title speaks for itself.
Trying to book over the phone with the front desk staff Camal, he was a nightmare. Constantly being interrupted, told I don’t know what I’m saying and I’m wrong, and then being hung up on. While I answer his constant onslaught of questions.

Booked anyways as it was the only hotel close to where I had to work that had room available that wasn’t $250+, thankfully I had points that covered the cost as I would NOT pay real cash to stay at this property.

The bathroom, ugh.
Going to wash my hands after getting into my room, I find black hair on the towels, the floor, the walls, the shower, pretty much everywhere.

You get what you pay for and I wouldn’t pay anything to stay here.

Don’t expect much.

The lady at the front was nice though, and breakfast room was constantly cleaned of dishes.

We booked this hotel last minute as we were coming into Fredericton and just needed a place to stay over for the night so we booked here. The hotel is slightly outdated but the room itself was fine. We were totally expecting the worst staying in an older hotel however the floors in the room are brand new. There was no carpet anywhere. Although some of the reviews say that the hotel has a bad smell we did not find that at all. The bathtub was very new and a deep soaker style so me being pregnant I loved that part! We normally stay at a higher end hotel than this but we both said this morning that this was the best sleep we ever had. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. I find at most hotels I’m up all night fiddling with the pillows trying to find a comfortable position but I didn’t wake up once. The breakfast this morning was top notch for compared to other hotels! Lots of options! Eggs, sausage, fresh fruit (pineapple, watermelon, banana, etc.). They have tons of bread options, yogurts and a make your own waffle station. There were a lot of kids here as I think there was a hockey game going on however we didn’t hear anything in the halls. We didn’t check out the pool however it looked great! We highly recommend this place and we will stay here again if we are ever in the area :)

We used the hotel twice this week, booked online through a booking site. Travelocity, I think. We were 3 people and two very small dogs so we needed a pet friendly room. The first time, after payong a premium for a pet friendly hotel online, we were told it wasn't a pet friendly room but we could have it anyway (they didn't want to put us out) but there was an extra pet fee. We accepted it and didn't complain when we saw how run down it was with dirty stained bedskirts falling off the beds and used condoms and sanitizer bottles outside the back entrance. The second time we booked (very late notice of travel and need gor last minute bookings) we made certain to select a pet friendly room on the booking site after putting in our info. Upon arrival they stated that we did not put in the third person so that was an extra fee. Again there was the same fee for the dogs, although I had a screen shot that proved it was booked as a pet friendly room. I was told the fee is in the fine print. Last time it was because we didn't book pet friendly. This time it was just policy. Each time the cost was near 200 for very uncomfortable mattresses, far below industry decor and cleanliness, and a bad experience. We won't be returning. I've attached images of the corridor, interior walls and decor, and the used bottles still outside the door. Note that single people may not feel safe using the back entrance. It's poorly lit, hedged, and far away from the road.

We requested a room on the first floor, they responded by email and said they would accommodate but on arrival they put us on 2nd floor and said we'd have to pay more if we wanted first floor.
They made us feel put out and said we did not book a pet friendly room, but we did.
Not a friendly atmosphere.
Parking lot small and crowded.
White bed sheets were dirty.
Telephone in the room was very dirty.

Hotel wasn't overly clean. Needed a roof (project was just starting). Didn't use the indoor pool but looked ok. View from our room was of the outdoor pool which was in need of an overhaul for the whole area. Furniture was scratched and dented. Mattresses and pillows seemed decent and clean, but floors could use vacuuming and hair clips were under a chair from the previous renters. Sketchy renters throughout the hotel. Breakfast room and food were decent. Will never come back.
