We were there for my daughter's graduation from UNB. It was a great place to stay, It was clean, The staff were really nice and helpful. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. The mal was close as was the University :)

It was a great stay there. Staff were very friendly and absolutely helpful, even when we needed something late, there was someone at the reception disk to help us. Food also was delicious and with a variety of options. Clean rooms with an affordable cost. I appreciate.

Excellent property and very convenient to social activities. The banquet hall is spacious, very well organized and decorated. Washrooms are very clean. Front desk staff are extremely efficient, incredibly friendly, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean, the amenities are great; has a fantastic modern charm. Overall, we had a great experience with the Days Inn Fredericton. Perfect to celebrate a birthday and social events. Would definitely recommend for your event celebration, meetings and family gathering.

This property has seen better days; very shopworn. A/C only in public areas; stair access only to upper floor; trip hazards in hallways not marked; missing fire extinguisher on 2nd floor. Manager was loudly reprimanding staff in front of hotel guests. Restaurant and bar are closed. Handrails for pool and hot tub are wobbly, and hot tub jets didn't work. A sign on the sauna door warned the rocks are "very toxic". Free breakfast showed they just don't care: lukewarm coffee in air pots, bunches of very green bananas, no napkins available, rusted waffle makers, and worst of all hot food (scrambled eggs and dodgy "mystery meat" sausages) probably not held at proper temperature. A few hours after checkout my husband became very queasy and unwell; we suspect the sausages, which I did not eat but he did. We had to find a place to stay another night instead of returning home that day as planned. Only good points were the firm mattress and free ice machine.…

This was A-1 for price/value. Will definitely stay here again. Easy checking, quiet comfortable room. Good internet speed. Amazing breakfast including premium sausage as well as fresh pineapple. Great location just off the main highway.

Property has broken furniture that doesn’t match. Room had a thick layer of dust and was dirty. Avoid at all costs. Stains on the shower curtain and sheets. Arrived to a freezing cold room. Snow was shovelled in front of my vehicle to top it all off. Terrible place. Spend the extra bucks and stay somewhere nicer.

We used this location as a stop, on our road trip. The staff at the desk were all very nice. The room was clean. We had two beds in our room. One was very hard and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. The heater was also extremely loud and had me up all night. The pool was okay but the floor a little gross with lots of clumps of hair. The hot tub was disgusting and we didn’t use it. It was very murky and you could see lots of scum build up. The sauna was great. The breakfast was okay but the sausage we threw away.

Check in was made difficult with the need of multiple id's and credit cards for holds. The bathroom door was locked in the room on arrival posting an inconvenience and the sink was plugged completely. Questionable substances were also splattered on multiple walls throughout the room. Thought the pool would redeem the situation, wrong. Three words, dirty, dirty, dirty. No hint of chlorine in the water and it was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom so that was a no go. The whole property in general was filthy. The key cards only work 50% of the time also. Not a place for the faint of heart. Stay somewhere worth the money.

The night staff was very accommodating and helpful at check-in. I was able to relax in the heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The halls and rooms were a bit cool due to the age of the hotel but you can tell they are trying to update and do their best.
