I was in New Brunswick on business and decided to mix business with pleasure by visiting the major cities. I decided to stay at this hotel due to its location, amenities and price. This was more than a hotel - it had a pool, hot tub, onsite restaurant and conference centre. It was a huge piece of property. I was in room 119 and was very disappointed in it. The shower leaked unto the floor and into the hallway. There was no fan in the bathroom, which explained the mold on the walls. My room was large, but tired and dated. I can't speak about the other rooms, but my was in desperate need of updating Breakfast is not included in the price, which explains why it was so cheap, but you can charge it to your room. My breakfast was pretty pricey, but the service was fabulous. The best thing about this hotel was the pool, hot tub, and the warm & inviting lobby area with its fireplace and fish. If I stayed here again, I'd ask for another room.…

hotel was pretty full, March break There was lots of children at pool and area, so i stayed in my room. noise disappeared at ten pm. great dining at the restaurant, service and meal excellent for myself and all my family that came for a visit.

I've been here plenty of times. Everytime staff, rooms were A1. Would highly recommend to anyone anytime. Keep up the great service. Restaurant is amazing ,no issues with my loud kids. Will be coming back in the future.

Older hotel but well kept overall. The kids like the pool area. Unfortunately there is no elevator so ensure you have help for lugging your family’s luggage around. You can park at an entrance closest to you room to alleviate this issue.

Cold building, Cold hottub (Maintenance asked guests to return to tell him if the problem persists to which, of course it did and problem was not solved.) Booked this hotel for a tropical vibe, that no longer exists. Rooms are "tolerable" however outdated. Breakfast used to be included with your stay and is no longer provided.

If you are booking as a team or group save your money and time and go elsewhere. The minute we checked in we were treated poorly. Every move we made we had staff on power trips. On egg shells all weekend it was not a fun weekend away. After witnessing the behaviour of staff I will never be back. I work in retail and customer service and I would never treat my customers the way I was treated this weekend.

Average in every way, nothing special about this place, clean enough, comfortable enough. Location is not horrid but not great either. Lots of parking, kind of sad when this is one of the highlights. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Staff and restaurant were excellent. Rooms and facilities seemed unkempt. Found a live ant in our bed. Plus, the kids running up and down the halls screaming and clogging the Hot tub/Pool were the cherry on top of our stay. Overall not a great experience and wouldn't recommend anything but the Restaurant.

Went here earlier In The year and it was fine. This time. Room smelled absolutely awful, we asked to change. Carpets were filthy. People on the desk were very unhelpful. Best person was Chris , the maintenance guy who helped us change rooms. No hair dryer, everything still didn’t feel clean. Corridors smelled horrible and I forgot my toilet bag (my fault) but they said it was t there even though I called as soon as I got home the same day. Lied and said other people were I the room....not true Will never return or recommend. It was an awful experience!
