This hotel is newly built, has a great clean atmosphere with a well trained front desk staff The room is economical friendly, spacious and very clean and inviting Breakfast is a value added benefit providing a great buffet style food selectio n
Super Covid-19 clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast and best wheelchair accessible. Will be back there soon. Wish other hotel that advertise accessibility were following the example of this hotel.
Stayed here after spending a very disappointing night at the Crowne Plaza. Other than the location and breakfast, this was far better. Nice room. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Three negatives. You are obviously situated out of the city centre which is inconvenient. The bathroom sliding door offers no privacy. The breakfast was low quality and the use of plastic cutlery and disposable plates is not acceptable in 2022. Still of I had to go back to Fredericton, this is where I would stay.
The building looks to be brand new and the rooms were super up to date. The blinds were as black out and black out can be, the shower pressure was great, the room was super clean. The only negative I have were the pillows, they were horrible. Too thin with one and too thick with 2.
Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious in this almost new hotel. The bathroom was fully equipped with a great shower. The breakfast provided was filling and as expected. The breakfast room was inviting and well lit. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I have been to Fredericton 4 times since 2016 most recently this past week. This hotel use to be Hampton Inn. All I can say is this is a four star to me. It’s very new and extremely clean. The furniture and overall hotel is top of the line. Free breakfast was also incredible. Free parking and excellent workout room. The pool and slide my kids loved. I can’t say enough good things and I typically don’t write reviews. Do not hesitate to book. I live in Toronto for reference.
The rooms are modern and really lovely, the staff was welcoming. Breakfast was ok- pretty standard. But the walls are so thin we could hear everything around us - in the halls, from peoples rooms and bathrooms and the people staying above us. I wish hotels would invest more in sound proofing it really makes a difference in the enjoyment of the stay.
I think this hotel is now called "Chateau Fredericton" (new management). It was clean and modern looking - pretty standard chain hotel look. The waterslide was really fun for our kid. When we booked this hotel (under Hampton Inn & Suites), the checkout time was 12:00. It has been changed to 11:00 under new managment... but they didn't mention that to us at check in. Had to rush through pool time after breakfast in the AM in order to check out on time. The breakfast was pretty basic...and a little disappointing, to be honest. If you stay here, maybe plan on going out for breakfast.
I got into the bed and my wife's eyes grew bigger. We found blood droplets on our pillow and a very small stain on the sheet. I notified front desk who is in the middle of shift change and notified them. The gentleman from the front desk showed up my door and handed me a pillow and a fitted bed sheet for me to put on. The next day I informed the cleaning stuff as well as front desk and it was dismissed as it looked fresh. Whatever that means. I have since written an email to Hilton honors and gave them my information 4 days ago and I've heard nothing back. The Hilton brand is not what it used to be. On a positive side my kids loved the pool area and water slide. I won this stay in a raffle and management was switching hands apparently on the Monday,so I'm not sure if perhaps this led to a lesser experience. Hopefully this was just a one off.…
I loved this hotel, pre pandemic and I am glad that it's still open and amazing as before. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and hotel is very clean. Gym is large and there is also a pool. Lots of parking onsite and a wonderful breakfast available in the mornings. Hotel is close to just about everything and location is perfect.
