My wife and I stopped at Regent for one night on our way to Bangor. We found the Regent very easy to find, clean and comfortable. I would recommend if you’re looking for a cheap stay in Saint John. Buzzyboy

Decided to book a small independent motel for $30 less than a budget chain - made our choice based on the exterior appearance - looked better than some similar motels. This motel was spartan for sure - it seemed reasonably clean but lacked enough cushions and had a toilet that needs to be repaired. Both of us woke up with sore backs! Spending a bit more for the next stay on our trip!

We were happy with out stay here. We chose this place because it was affordable and I really don't care how up to date the decor is as long as it's clean and comfortable. Which it was. We would come again.

We were just looking for a budget place to stay, and this motel was fine for the price. Room was small and a bit damp-feeling. However, it was clean, and the room included a microwave and fridge. It did the job.

Cheap but awful, very uncomfortable bed with not enough pillows. All the hot water comes from a tank in the bathroom that runs out quickly, the tank is also loud. You also pay per person so it const more the more people you bring. There is no AC only a fan. Yes it's cheap but spend some money and stay place nicer, I wished I had.

I am trying to find something positive to write and cannot. Save your money and stay at the Comfort Inn. What a disappointment! The proprietor works hard at completing the rooms but goodness, remove the broken floor lamp that has wires sticking out of it. Our dog didn't even want to stay. Sheets smelt, pillows lumpy and the mattress? don't get me started. My husband and my only laugh was reminiscing about childhood as we tried to see how much noise we could make on the metal framed camp cots called beds. Needless to say very little sleep was had. OH! there was a positive moment. The motel is directly across the highway from a 'one of a kind' ice cream joint. Chapman Ice Cream, lots of it and lots of flavours. The owners were great entertainment. We will definitely be back there

Strategic location, very friendly staff and best price in the area. The motel is in a quiet place although close to major highways. It offers rooms with one or two beds. The rooms have wifi, a microwave and a mini refrigerator.

We were looking for an inexpensive motel in Saint John after arriving by ferry from Digby. This motel was perfect for us. While it is by no means luxurious, it was quiet and very clean and the service was very friendly. We would stay here again. It isn't in the city but it is by the highway which is just what we were looking for.

My husband, son and I stayed at the Regent Motel on route to North Conway, USA and my husband left his iPhone case behind. I contacted the owner who mailed us the phone case and also called us to follow up that we received it. Great customer service and would recommended staying here on your travels.
