The place is in great need of renovations. They could use fresh paint in the unit as well as renovate the bathroom to make it more modernize. The breakfast selection was unsatisfactory (no fresh fruit of any kind or yoghurt) mainly breads and cereal). The boiled eggs that were provided had been sitting for sometime and the yoke was green. They have a beautiful view from the rear of the building however the large picture window had condensation between the panes making it difficult to take advantage of the view. Would be nice to provide some lawn furniture to sit out on the patio that is provided to enjoy the view on a nice evening. Overall the place was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This is an easy stay in a good location to access highways. Our Queen room was comfortable, bed too, with small table and 2 chairs. Flatscreen tv was good, a bit blurry, and coffee machine in the room was nice to have. The bathroom was small and the sink and vanity was outside the watercloset. There was an issue with parking outside our room, but that wasn't the motel's fault (rude travellers parked their trailer across 3 spots and stayed on the other side of the motel!!). Location provided easy access to highways and it was very quiet. The breakfast provided was disappointing. Toast, coffee/tea and orange juice from a pitcher. Two cereals (cheerios and raisin bran), but no yogurt; boiled eggs and beans. No fruit. Had to pick up food once we left. But it was good for a 1 night stay while traveling. Very basic stay at reasonable price.

We needed two separate bedrooms in a suite, a very hard combo to find. Econolodge had it - two bedrooms, very comfortable beds and bedding, cozy and warm. The bathroom was fine, nice hot water and excellent towels. The kitchenette had a large mini-fridge and microwave and a good sink, although a bit awkwardly placed. Table for dining and comfortable seating area. If there's a weakness, it's the TVs. Hard for seniors to navigate and have seen better days. We stayed three nights (hospital visit), including one major snowstorm. The service was outstanding, by the manager himself. He plowed out the driveway and our parking space and shovelled the deck early so we could easily load our vehicle the morning we left. I loved the view out over the Bay. In nice weather, it would be a peaceful spot from which to enjoy the vista.

Located just off the highway. We had a first floor room overlooking the Bay of Fundy. It has obviously seen better days but appears to be in good shape and well maintained. Checkin was quick and efficient. I believe we were checked in by the owner. A great place for an overnight stay at a reasonable price.

Clean but tired looking chain hotel on the western outskirts of Saint John. Functional room with basic amenities, but this time with no in-room coffee due to Covid-19. The owner/manager graciously made some for me on request. Front desk printed directions for one of my planned excursions and travel tickets. Manager also let me check out late so I could watch Canada win the gold in women’s soccer. Thank you. The bagged breakfast was mediocre – banana, 4 miniscule muffins, juice box and a granola bar. I found the stay at this hotel poor value. If it wasn’t for great personal customer service, I am not sure I would recommend this hotel.

Needed a motel near Grand Bay, NB for fishing tourney, this location in west Saint John was showing the best rates in the area. Room/ motel was very clean and the bed comfortable. Fridge, microwave, Wi Fi were all provided. Had to leave at 6am and breakfast room was open for pickup os bagged breakfast and coffee. Friendly staff.

Motel on the outskirts of Saint John, easy to get to on a wet evening, with ample free parking. Young lady on reception was clearly 'over it' and could not be bothered to attempt anything beyond barely civil but check-in was quick nonetheless. Room looking out towards the Bay of Fundy in the distance, but not scenic as the view also overlooked the wastewater treatment plant. Room was well sound-proofed and reasonably comfortable, and reasonably clean. Chairs were very worn and in general the room could have done with a update. Breakfast was included in the tariff but we left before the restaurant opened so cannot comment on quality. Hotel is about 8km from down town Saint John, but there is a small shopping centre a short walk away, and Greco Pizza, which did not look promising from the outside, made an extremely nice pizza. All in all, nothing special but nothing unpleasant, good price.

Its situated at the corner of a small high place with easy access to roads and highway . The street is a busy one with many shops and eateries withing 10 min drive . The hotel is clean and OK and the staff friendly . The wifi service is not very well , there are breakfast in the morning as usual . We have find a nice little Chinese restaurant withing 5 min drive from hotel which I recommend you to try . We were surprised at the quality of food there also the price is reasonable , for the name of the restaurant please look at the photo enclosed . I have stayed in other hotels in downtown Saint John and were not happy with it at all as there is no parking and also the price is high and the room is tiny and not worth it . This one here offers the best for the money paid , I will definitely stay here next time .

We found the establishment very clean and affordable. It was easy to find and the service just fine. The breakfast was acceptable. More fruit and yogurt would be a good addition. We will stay there again.

We booked this spot near the start of an extended trip throughout Atlantic Canada and enjoyed the experience compared to comparable properties. We found the room well maintained with new flooring, nicer towels and a nice distant view across a huge salt marsh to the Irving Nature Park from all the rooms. We drove thru a tree lined residential area to reach the property. It appears the owners might live on site. The breakfast, which we don't normally bother with at chains in this price point, included warm hard-boiled eggs, fresh made coffee and a better selection of breads and pastries than normal. We suspect the owners were the ones making us feel welcome and we'd encourage others to give this property a try.
