Gross room, with only a couple of light working, The breakfast that was included was terrible, the room was dirty and smelt gross. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The area the Innwas in is a terrible part of town.

This has got to be the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in! Bathtub was full of pipe rust, towels were stained. The back door entry was covered in bird poop, smelled nasty, loud crowd, and to top it off, it really isn't secure, someone opened my room door in the night!! Needs to be condemned

The last time I stayed here I booked online through a travel site. When I checked in the front desk person berated me for booking online and not through the Inn directly. Because of this he said he was not able to put me in a renovated room although they had them available. He reserved me an unrenovated room that...

Our booking during our trek through the eastern states of the US, having stayed with my 2 daughters, one in Barrie, Canada and the other in Lakewood, OH, was made with no knowledge of the history or nature of the inn, apart from advertising blurb. The fact that it was on 175 City Road, led us to believe it would...

I'd say this hotel isn't as bad as all the reviews I've read before coming here. The bathroom was clean. The room was clean. The bed was clean. No stains like some people have mentioned. The housekeeping is good. They come clean the room everyday. There's just a couple things that need improvement. The whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke....

It smelled awful, the pool was out of service, the restaurant was closed... Plus there was somekind of renovation in progress (a really slow pace ).In my opinion the entire place should be closed down!

After looking at the travelocity site - which made this hotel look far better - we arrived to a broken sign over the hotel, weeds growing from every corner and windows with peeling paint- and this was just the outside! Once inside, our non-smoking area smelled of smoke, the hallway around from us - where we had parked our car,...

The hotel was rated as 2.5 stars by Expedia so I booked a non refundable rate for what was supposed to be a decent hotel. I was shocked by the hotel (sign falling off of the building, very musty smell in lobby, dirty carpets, foundation crumbling. building materials just off the lobby, worst hotel I've ever stayed in) in a...

With 1 star I came in with low expectations...and was very disappointed even at that. Can we get a new rating system? Possibly minus 1 star, maybe even minus 2. This hotel is in a seemingly bad area of Saint John, NB and has a crappy little casino in it. Looks like it used to be nice, but is very...
