We were the only guests when we were there (tourist season is just about over in mid-October!) and we received personalized attention. The owners are very interested in helping you enjoy your time in Saint John and gave good tips and suggestions. Our breakfast was tasty (with homemade banana bread!) and we enjoyed visiting with the owners. The house is...

We arrive on Saturday August 27th and the owner ( Fraser) received us saying that he had sold the place and had to close the transaction on Monday morning , so we had to pay two nights to him and one night the new owner , which did not represent any problem .. However , problems began there. The beds...

Only had one night in Saint John and stayed with Dorina and Sebastian at A Tanners Inn B&B. They are new to the country and are incredible hosts. Excellent breakfast, great location and the room was spacious and clean. Everything we could hope for in a coastal Victorian setting. Highly recommend this for your stay.

Jim and Anna were wonderful hosts! We stayed in the Tavern Room downstairs, which exuded charm from it's 1800's founding with original ceilings. We also enjoyed having the private living area outside the bedroom complete with fireplace! Breakfast was delicious and Jim was super-helpful when we arrived to suggest a short hike we could do before our dinner reservations. I...

A fabulous B & B very centrally located in Downtown (or uptown as they say) St. John. Walk to central sites and restaurants, very close to parks and Reversing Falls. All the rooms are very well appointed, comfortable, clean and quiet. The host is knowledgeable and helpful. Stayed twice and is my go to spot in this city.

The B&B is conveniently located and within a few minutes walk of numerous restaurants. We stayed in the Brandy "Room" and had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen on the lower level. This worked well for us since we were leaving early in the mornings and we had our own entrance. Terry and Mercer were great. When our schedule didn't allow...
