Stayed at this hotel our first night in Newfoundland. It was comfortable and inexpensive. It was being renovated but was clean. We booked it for our last when we were flying out. We had breakfast in the cafe and found the food acceptable. Definitely not five star, but we'd stay there again.

The best I can say was that the young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful.I did not want to put my feet on the floor and if I had a sleeping bag I would have used it. This hotel needs some serious upgrading. The remote did not work and I could not connect to Wifi for some...

The hotel was fine with convenient location of room, good parking and good breakfast, Unfortunately has carpets that ate chemically cleaned, etc., so that is an issue for us with sensitivities. The staff were helpful and waitress was very accommodating. Good price as well.

It's at most a $60 hotel - $90 with tax is way too much! Very basic and everything is mini - the toilet is super low, the shower is cramped but they were clean. But it wasn't the cleanest place either I found a couple of long brown hairs on the towels. Flimsy doors and not very soundproof. Right across...

It is old but clean, good food in the restaurant and friendly folks on the desk. If you want high end, go pay for it. Obviously this hotel needs to be updated, but if you only need a clean and quiet room, this place worked for me.

This hotel is one of the older hotels in Corner Brook but is located in a great location. They hosted teams from across the country for a recent national sporting event and staff have be very accommodating and supportive - one of the better hotels to work with. As with most older hotels, there are things that can be updated...

A welcome stop in the middle of a winter storm on the way to the ferry two hours away. Looking for refuge, we stopped at a gas bar and asked for directions. We were pointed to this hotel and I'm glad we were. The price was very good, the service excellent and the restaurant unexpectedly good. This older building is...

OMG. The place should be demolished. Noisy...dirty...old...smelly...outdated...and anything else you can think of. Oh yes dont look up t the ceiling the wiring and pipes. Arrived gentleman on front desk very nice to check in. Went to room and opened door...old smell in room. Noticed the clock was a hour ahead. Hasn't been slept in in three months. Went to...

First place we stopped after we got off the ferry. We went to go to the bar downstairs but it looked like half the roof collapsed so we went next door to the Starlight had an awesome time so basicly it was a place to passout. Pretty sure the place was haunted but that's cool too.

This is my second trip to Corner Brook and my stay happened to coincide with winter festival which meant that all other options were booked out. It was evident from the onset that this was going to be a low-end stay. The building is very run down inside and out. The rooms are sizable with an almost small apartment feeling....
