Ended up at Blue Shutters on a recommendation of the Tourist Information in Wolfville. What a great choice. This couple have been in the B&B business for 20 years and they have it down pat. There was nothing that we wanted or needed that was not already provided. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The room we stayed in... More

Darryl and Diane, were gracious, thoughtful, attentive hosts. They both took interest in our vacation vision and had an uncanny ability to direct us to the best restaurants, bike paths, wineries, points of interest, and historic sites. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, well appointed, and immaculately cared for. Breakfasts were outstanding!! We're eager to return and enjoy their home and their... More

Daryl and Diane have been B&B hosts for 20 years and it shows. They are organized and they help orient you to the community and the area. The rooms are nothing short of first-class - way beyond our expectations. The breakfasts were lovely and the other folks we met were lots of fun! Glad we chose Blue Shutters

It was our very first stay in a B&B establishment and the accommodations were very impressive and immaculate rooms. All the comforts of home! We are presently staying with Daryl & Dianne owners of the Blue Shutters. Their hospitality is fantastic along with food and the rooms are cozy and inviting. The beds are fantastic with heat pads for those cool evenings. Thank you Daryl & Dianne for our stay.

We went to Wolfville for Devour The Food Film Fest. I was a little concerned about staying off of Main Street, but the B&B was walking distance to everything we needed. The room was a tad small, but felt cozy instead of cramped. The bathroom was spacious, and had it not been November in Nova Scotia the private patio would... More

Although not a Victorian home, and not on the main road in wolfville, this is the best inn we've stayed in of all the ones in the area, including Victorian homes. There is a 'je-ne-sais-quoi' that made us love this place. You felt like you were walking in your home. The innkeepers, Diane and Darryl, are modest and welcoming. We... More

Helpful and friendly hosts who were able to answer any local question I had. Ample breakfast every morning with several choices to make a selection from. The Blue room was large, well appointed, lots of closet and luggage space. The bathroom was large with a fantastic modern shower. Plenty of light to read by in bed. Tv in the room,... More

Great B & B in which all our desires were catered for including the ability to make tea anytime (which is usually essential for us Brits!) Darryl and Diane gave us a varied and tasty breakfast on each of our four mornings. Room was imaculate and comfortable.

We were very impressed with this B&B. Everything was geared to the comfort of the guests. We stayed in the Peach Room which contained an ensuite with a jet tub, a 4 poster bed and a small deck. There was a large common area for your use to watch TV or simply to relax and read in. Darryl also had... More
