My mom and I spent 4 wonderful nights at the Bailey House. One can forget how much sleeping on the best of beds with the best of linens can impact ones sleep . We slept very fitfully and came away feeling very relaxed and rested. My favourite time was the mornings with a cup of great coffee sitting on the...

We were very fortunate to have stayed again at The Bailey House in Annapolis Royal (our second trip). As far as we are concerned, it is one of the nicest places we have stayed at in Canada and it is definitely the No. 1 place in Annapolis Royal. We very lucky trying out the coach house. What a fabulous place....

Four women friends stayed at the Coach House and were greeted by Suzan with a tour of the two story accomodation and a complementary bottle of local white wine. Loved the shower and claw tub and the linens. Went to the King's Theatre across the street for an amazing play experience. Breakfast next morning was gourmet and the table setting...

We stopped at the Bailey House during our vacations in Canada and it was by far the most beautiful and hospitable B&B place. The property has a lot of historical charm which is enhanced by the outstanding decorations designed by the caring owner (Suzan). Our room was spacious, very comfortable (with oversized king bed and luxurious linens) and with a...

Historic restored home, decorated with an artistic whimsical style that is enchanting. The beds were over the top soft and comfortable, combined with the quiet (and the visit to the Pub) should provide great sleep. Small town, walking distance to pub and restaurant, cute shops (that were closed except for midday hours). Garden was asleep in March, but promised great...

A lovely and comfortable home. Breathtaking views from my water facing room - must be even more spectacuar in the summer. I appreciated the privacy of ensuite facilities and the feather beds made for blissful sleep. Suzan is a warm, welcoming and helpful innkeeper who makes a fab breakfast. I look forward to visiting again some time.

Bailey House proved to be one of the best B&Bs -- if not the best -- that I stayed in during my time spent traveling for over 4 months. It is a beautiful historic house that has been renovated in line with and in the spirit of its original design, while maintaining a comfortable and contemporary look. The effort the...

Susan is a great host in this heritage home. The beds and linens are the finest with new bathroom facilities. We always have the Totten room which overlooks the Bay of Funday. The breakfasts are creative and delicious. "BOB & ILSE"
