I was extremely disappointed with our stay at The Halliburton. I love staying at boutique hotels and do not expect anything fancy, but the difference between what was described and what we experienced was very large.

We stayed for two nights at The Halliburton. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room in the Building 3 was very well maintained and clean. Our Continental breakfast each morning hit the spot, everything was fresh and tasty.
Stayed 3 nights at the Halliburton in early June. Not a true 'boutique' style hotel in the modern description but plenty of character. Rooms are sizeable and super clean. Fixtures are useful but not 'modern' or 'updated'. The staff was helpful when they could be...More
Very nice rooms with old charm. Clean and bright. The staff is very helpful. Quiet. Limited parking and a lot of stairs, but it's an old house so it's to be expected. Within walking distance of all the downtown attractions and restaurants. This hotel consists...More
This hotel provides clean rooms, fairly decent continental breakfast and good location. It does not provide very friendly service. Be careful when booking your room. Specify that you do not want a room with a vaulted ceiling. We booked our room without knowing these types...More

Would like to know if the rooms on the main floor in the main building have queen beds. Are they located at the back. Any extra features if any also.

I didn't stay in the main building, but I do know that they are each different and the various rooms are all configured differently. The staff there are most accommodating. and informative. they will take your calls almost any time of day and give answers to your satisfaction... and then some. A steep set of three or four steps gets you in to the front door of each building. I saw doors at the rear but did did not use it, so not sure of regular access. I think they monitor front door entry and exit for security reasons. As for extra features, each room is a bit different. My room had a queen bed with an extra little room with a twin bed in it. Nicely appointed with antiques and bath products. Continental breakfast is just ok, but a nice coffee shop is on the corner if you want to change it up. Enjoy your trip!
