There is indeed onsite parking, it is indoor, underground and accessed by the street below (but you have to check in first) and, I believe, free (well, included in the room rate) but it is on a first come basis and can fill... More

I don't remember the exact cost but it was pricey. Also, the parking space are quite tight.

Never hurts to ask... As for the room I stayed in, there was a full stove so full oven. I never used it so I cannot comment on if it worked properly or not. Sorry for the late reply, I myself had just got back from travels.
