We enjoyed our stay here ! Lovely home in the country. Friendly owners, lovely antique furniture. Brent made us a great breakfast and Wanda suggested a very good restaurant .It was very quiet and a nice change to be away from the city. Only took 10-15 mins to get into Halifax.

Brent the innkeeper was a gracious host who fixed a wonderful breakfast. We liked his recommendations for restaurants. We enjoyed a large comfortable room with ensuite bathroom. Nicely landscaped garden in a quiet neighborhood. 10 minute drive from downtown Halifax via nearby expressway.

This Bed and Breakfast is an extremely beautiful house that was nicely decorated, excellent hospitality, and their cat Peaches was a nice reminder of home. For breakfast we were served delicious crepes stuffed with fresh fruit. The owner even took into account my food allergies, which was an added bonus I had not anticipated.

A bit difficult to find but worth the effort. House is in wooded subdivision isolated from other houses. Delightful front yard and well appointed house furnishings. Rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. The smaller room could use a desk. Breakfast was large and delicious. Hosts are helpful, conversational and considerate. We highly recommend this classic B&B

We were looking for a room for my wife and 2 kids. They owner was able to find room for use for the night. The cats "peaches" was one of the highlights for the kids, always looking for attention. The room was fantastic, with an attached bathroom. VERY good breakfast of french toast the next morning.

Brent was so welcoming, he gave us advice on things to see and do in the area and his breakfast was out of this world. Great scrambled eggs! The room was so comfortable and even though we had a room with the toilet across the landing it wasn't an issue. Brent showed us the other rooms that he had prepared... More
