This home is located a few miles from Perugia in a convenient suburb that has everything you might need, including several terrific restaurants. It's a great location if you want to explore the area around Perugia including Lake Trasimeno. Parking is free and easy on the street or the nearby plaza. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was very nice. Piero and Maria Rita were exceptionally kind, friendly, warm and accommodating. All of their suggestions for restaurants and travel were fantastic.

This was a lovely place to stay on our road trip through Italy. The neighborhood restaurant we were sent to was delicious. It was great staying in a real Italian neighborhood. Breakfast is to die for!

I stayed for 2 nights in Percorso Verde. Pretty soon I got the feeling this was a fine B&B and that was true. Piero and Rita, you've done much to make me feel at home during my stay. Very friendly, interested en gladly to give advise and tips about Perugia. A shame that my Italian was poor ( although I tried!) , otherwise I had to get to know you bettter. Thanks for this nice part of my holidays! Hope so see you soon. Joost, THe Netherlands, Arnhem
