Although this hotel is run by a really nice man, this hotel is awful. The rooms all smell like smoke, the walls are thin, and everything about it is old and uninviting. I would never go back here. It needs to be updated for sure!!

I've stayed at quite a few places in the Burlington area, including ones on the same street, and this was easily the best experience yet. Cheap rates but you don't feel like they cheap out on the quality of service which is nice. The front desk staff actually feels friendly and like they want to be there which you can't...

While waiting for my apartment to be ready I had to stay somewhere and chose this. I had stayed a few times previously and no problems...however it seems that if you are spending extended time, the rooms available are up the stairs to the top level where smoking is prevalent..My friend could not stay with me since she has lung...

I came here for business and the motel had a very friendly counter staff and my room was very clean. I also had access to a big screen TV in the suite with lots of channels to choose from. Wi-Fi works great and included to! Julian, Montreal, QC

Came from Hamilton to Burlington for a night to a long trip up north. The first room was decent, had dusty floor corners and dusty heaters. WiFi had a poor connection and spotted a dead roach. When my dad decided to stay 4 more nights the big guy bumped us to the same room, that had poor conditions. The beds...

Great hotel for the price. Room was clean. New TV in the newly renovated room I was in. Very friendly staff. I stayed one night and was shocked at how nice the room was compared to other places in simillar price range. Free parking and good wifi made the experience awesome and I will definatly be back

Pros: - good price, good location - quiet - big tv with hdmi inputs available Neutrals: - Hotel Wifi is Hotel Wifi - cable is Cogeco and suffers from standard def accordingly (not really the hotel's fault for that) - two remotes required to operate the tv (I don't mind but I know at least one person who would freak...

I had the pleasure of finding this hotel by chance.I'm glad i did. I ended up staying 6 months and i enjoyed my stay.Owner managers were very friendly and accomodating. Room was cleaned and sheets were changed regularly, I did not even have to ask, all was done every other day. I love all the front desk people I met...

We recently stayed here and were very satisfied for our two nights. Our room was clean and very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy the time we spent in it. When we needed anything extra a quick call to the office and within five minutes it was at our door. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful....

Horrible, dirty rooms and unhelpful, rude staff. Wi-fi was not reliable. Windows were in place with scraps of old wood and partially covered by cardboard. Curtains were filthy. Furniture old and dirty. Telephone was from the 70's and hadn't been cleaned since then. A ceiling light fixture (not a wall fixture) was above bathroom sink. Someone from the franchise really...

“It is three stories and I don't think there is an elevator, so stay on the first floor if steps bother you. The highway noise is loud, the guests sit in the parking lot and drink and smoke, but the air conditioner drowns out all noise. Not a great place to stay if you are a light sleeper or choosy”
