This place is an ABSOLUTE SH*THOLE!! Front desk service agent was rude, did not greet us nor smile once. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke. The rooms are TINY and probably haven't had any updates since the 80's. Paint peeling off the wall, exposed nails and screws, faucets and bathroom were SO dirty and grimey - i didnt even want to use the water to brush my teeth. The door security latch was basically holding on by a thread...I almost wanted to pull the fridge cabinet in front of the door! I didn't even want to touch the window covering...was it blood!?. Pretty sure I saw a drug deal going down out of one of the 1st floor rooms. I can almost assume a room across the hall was being rented by the hour...VERY loud and inappropriate sounds coning from there. Some man was screaming jibberish at the top of his lungs for 30 mins straight at 7am. Did NOT feel safe at this hotel. Spend the extra $40 and stay somewhere else! You WILL regret staying here! Absolutely do NOT bring children here!…

I will be completely honest here. It was Christmas Eve. 6 cancelled flights to get out of the storm in BC & back to Ontario's even crazier winter weather. Hours stuck at Pearson tarmac. The Marriott down the street from this hotel had brutal service, I was so fed up I left and came here. Employee at the main desk, Anushtuh (sorry if spelled wrong) was a Christmas angel. Polite, courteous & provided me with a fantastic room late at night. Yes a bar is on site, but after lack of sleep from brutal travelling...he scored me a clean, quiet perfect room with a comfy bed. Yes it's an older hotel. Employees in hallway in morning were kind & polite too. Thank you for everything!!! I will remember that evening for life. :) ps. I recommend that front desk employee to any future business!

If you can get past the lobby appearance you will be ok. The bed was clean and comfortable but the room condition was nasty. Chewed door trim from animals is unacceptable. Will not be returning to this location

If you have children, do not stay here. There is a reason it is as cheaply priced as it is. Lots of drugs and prostitutes in and around hotel. Good place for a short visit & pet, not long a long stay.

I booked this because it was pet friendly. Next time I will find another place. The room itself requires serious attention to repairs required, trim coming off wall, curtains not hung properly 1/2 off. Television is smallest 1 I have seen in a long time.😕 Generally clean but requires work. I think it books for long-term stays.

Absolutely gross. It we weren't do tired we would sleep in the car. Stained walls. Baseboards rotten. Towels stained. TV didn't work AC was working Very loud Bar on site. Walls not painted Have a suite non smoking but the hallway smells so bad couldn't imagine what a regular room was like This is a "crew" hotel not a hotel girl a regular stay.

This was a hell hole to stay at. Absolutely disgusting. Prior customers underwear on the back of our bathroom door. Pillow and bed was unsleepable. Lumpy and hard as rock I literally could not sleep and left the moment I could. Smoke smell filled every inch we could barely breath. Will be finding a way to get refunded

Please don't stay at this Super 8. Please. Please don't. Please stay literally anywhere. Please don't bring yourself, your grandma, or especially not any kids. This place is disgusting. The only thing going for it is the closeness to better hotels. Learn from my (and many others) mistake and stay elsewhere. The hotel is unsanitary. From top to bottom. Pay a little more and have the peace of mind that you made a great decision by avoiding this Super 8.

I will never stay here again. Room was unclean, it looked like pieces of chips along the wall in the bathroom. faucets had mold around them and the floors were not cleaned let alone swept. I laid towels on the floor to walk on. The hallway was tidy but the light fixtures were full of bugs and cobwebs. The last day that I stayed no one cleaned my room, picked up the wet towels, or made the bed.

It was so disgusting and dirty I couldn’t even sleep. If I had a car I would have slept in it. It was was over priced for one night and needed a two hundred dollar deposit. The bathroom looked like it had pee on the walls. The blankets were so gross I used my own clothes to lay on and cover up with. Unfortunately I didn’t have any money to just leave and had a flight to catch in Breslau at 5am.
