This is the second time i have been the the first time was great this time how ever. The place has gone down hill. If i had not know where this place was i would had thought it was out of business. the outside need a paint job, the insidie the loby looks good lot of flyers from ottawa area. The room, wall paper peeling, sink moved 3 inched and the tape leaked, The was the good part on our 2 day we were laying in bed when another couple entered out room therir card opend our door. I meet the kind young man at the front desk he was more upset than i was, the front desk went around and corrected the problem by resetting the door locks. When we checked out no one at the front desk only the maid. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Old, tired and need of renovations hotel. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and courteous. From the moment we walked up the stairs to get to the 2nd floor, I could see that this was a place in need of a lot of renovations. I gave it a 1 out of 5 only because zero out of 5 was not an option.

This place was absolutely horrible. Everything was negligible. The "continental" breakfast was granola bar, a yogurt and a juice box in a paperbag. We were stuck at this hotel due to circumstances and did try elsewhere first. We did not have superior expectations based on cost or previous reviews but didn't think it would be this bad. On top of all of the things we ignored to just have a place to put our heads, they locked us out of our rooms at 10:30am and charged us an extra $50. When we tried to ammendment this error, they were not available and will not answer the phone. The main customer service department keeps rerouting to the front desk. The one thing that I can say that was positive is reception was incredibly friendly upon check in. Perhaps it was because she knew we would have to have to get tetanus shots updated

This was the worst Wyndham brand hotel I’ve stayed at. My room had multiple damages and cleanliness problems in it, including: Damage to flooring (large uneven spot between floor boards), air conditioning without accessible controls in the room, peeling wallpaper throughout the room, baseboards are water damaged and moldy, face cover on light switch in bathroom smashed, plumbing in shower completely loose and not connected to the wall, glass sliding door block ripped off wall. Cleanliness problems include moisture from a drink on the desk and bedside tables, body prints along the glass door, freezer full of ice buildup to the point of being unusable, piles of dirt in the corner of the room, mold along the bathtub caulking. Many other issues with the hotel common areas (carpeting ripped up in the hallway, unable to check out and receive a physical receipt for my stay (concierge was gone 10+ minutes)

I am not adverse to a few marks on the wall little dust in the corners…. But this place is disgusting!!!! Carpets were filthy with stains everywhere, walls had stains, ceiling had stains, lamp shades had stains. Corners had an inch of dust. Pillows felt like cut up foam stuffed into a pillow case! This by far had to be the worst place I have ever stayed. Run don’t walk from this place! DISGUSTING!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The second floor smells so much like stale cigarettes, it is absolutely disgusting. It took 55 minutes to check in. “The system is down and we can’t give you access to rooms” is what the front desk told everyone waiting. There was no manager in the building, and no one could get in touch with him. I had to get ready for a wedding in the Indian restaurants public bathroom. They took a photocopy of my ID and credit card, and processed my credit card 6 times, then banged on my door for 40 minutes at 2am because the card on file was maxed out. Yes, you charged it SIX times! Do not stay here, the super 8 motel down the street is cleaner, easier, quieter and less expensive. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Don’t come here with a company card they do not accept them , as they tell customers they will trash rooms. The customer service is terrible as they all know nothing and will pass you to someone else who will get back to you. And for whatever reason you do have to stay here don’t bring heavy suitcase as they will giggle watching you struggle brining your stuff up the stairs. And make sure to have a taxi number as they don’t know taxis number for the area.

BUGS ALERT Worst place ended up sleeping in my car. Everything is so dirty. Beds are wrecked. This hotel should go bankrupt. They know for sure they have a problem and they send for meal for the bugs.

The room needs a thorough deep clean, the carpets are at least 30 years old and haven't seen a steam cleaner in that time. Noticeable stains all over the upholstery on the couch and chair to the point that we didn't want to sit on them. Bathroom water pressure very low. Walls as thin a cardboard, I had to listen to a couple discuss their relationship problems for 4 hours instead of sleeping. Overall, a terrible experience.
