I was really looking for something basic but unfortunately this hotel just missed the mark; they did not have any of the known polite Canadian attitude and hospitality; especially the the staff at the bar. I was just looking for a place to sit and study for a course but they made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome once they...

I've stayed here many times before; the staff is very knowledgable and the price is very reasonable for being in Kingston. If you want to absorb history and culture, then chose The Queen's Inn. The building is over 175 years old and in Kingston's downtown, which makes it very easy to get around for anything you need. The beds are...

I had the most horrific hotel experience here, as the hotel had BED BUGS when I stayed at it. The hotel management has been almost entirely unresponsive to my numerous phone calls and emails as follow-up to this terrible incident asking for compensation for items I had to throw away (suitcase & shoes) that could not be washed on high...

We stayed at the Queen's Inn to attend a concert at the Grand Theatre. We also had reservations at Windmills before the show. Both the theatre and the restaurant were a pleasant walk from the Inn. It was great not to have to be concerned about driving and parking once we arrived. The room was small quaint, a nice change...

We were at the Queen's Inn for lunch today with 6 adults, a baby and a toddler. The atmosphere, while pub-like, lent itself very well to a child who could run around and enjoy herself. The food was very good, reasonably priced and the server was very friendly and accommodating. All in all, a very good family experience.

A small room at the front of the hotel billed as a double room, more like two three-quarter beds. Noisy, heard the couple in next room talking and laughing past midnight, every footfall from room above, guests from the bar chatting while smoking on the sidewalk and cars passing. Cold, we were sitting in our winter coats and when we...

Stayed one night at The Queen's Inn. Very nice place which has a pub and restaurant attached to it. On the positive side, the hotel is in a perfect location. It's right downtown so you can walk anywhere you go. It's close to the Marina and all kinds of shops. We even walked to Fort Henry (a good 35 minute...

We stayed at the Queen's Inn for three nights. Our check in went smoothly and we had a super clean room on the second floor. There is no elevator but the flight of stairs is short. The linens, towels and toileteries are all of a good quality. The room was hot and we asked for a fan. The desk clerk...

We loved staying here. Very very clean. Smooth self check-in. Lovely antique furniture gives a cozy atmosphere. Also loved the general generosity - lots of fluffy white towels, and lots of toiletries (even ear plugs provided), lots of coffee and tea. Wifi working fine, centrally situated (2 km from wonderful "blumen garden" restaurant and walking distance from Vic for breakfast...
