This hotel is an awesome location! Right off the highway with loads of food and shopping options. You can walk to the outlet mall and several restaurants. Right next to movie theatre as well. Front staff on arrival and departure very pleasant. Rooms had fridge and microwave which is very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was a bit busy if waiting for...

I only stayed for 1 night but I really enjoyed myself there. The rooms are great. Bed sheets are fresh and clean. Comfortable beds. Decent sized rooms. Bathrooms were spotless with a giant tub. We were driving late from toronto to Montreal and Kingston was the middle ground. We just needed a decent place to sleep and were happily surprised. The entry portal and lobby were undergoing a renovation when we visited, but our room was spacious, clean and modern! In fact, the room was so modern that it looked like it might have been recently renovated. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Th front desk staff was wonderful. The bathroom floor was covered in hair and dust...kind of gross. The beds must be old because they are rock hard and squeak from age. The night before we stayed at Kingston ON, Comfort Inn, I made an online reservation for the wrong night. I called and the fellow working the front desk was very helpful and quickly fixed my problem.The room was clean and relatively quiet considering it is just off the 401 highway. It is within walking distance of many places to eat....

We stayed here on our way from Quebec to Tobermory. The front desk agents were friendly and helpful only downside is that there is no elevator to the second floor. You can pay more for a ground floor. Room and bathroom were good, beds comfortable and breakfast was good, bacon and eggs, waffles, pastries, juice and coffee. Overall good stay...
