The Property has recently been renovated so we were advised, and it is very well done, lots of space in the room, beds comfortable, and a fireplace in the room, the whole place operates on a very casual pace.

Don't know about spa or closest swimming pool - although the lake is about 2 blocks away. Yes, private bathrooms and yes, some rooms on the ground floor.
