This property is a gem. We thoroughly enjoyed being away from all things wired and wireless ('though all of that is available here). Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are quiet and cosy, the food outstanding! One can only hope the hosts publish their cookbook soon.

This B&B is fully private. You could not ask for a better place to sit back and relax after a day of touring the wineries. The owners are great and the food and snacks were made by scratch. All the food was excellent and will not disappoint. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend this B&B.

Ideal B&B with total privacy in your own guest house! Lovely host's, serving delicious gourmet made from scratch breakfasts! Hard to find a fault with the place. The only suggestion made was a full length mirror which they quickly installed! Perhaps a full length couch would be nice if you had additional guests sharing the guest house! Would definitely return!

Excellent romantic getaway for our mini-moon. The food for the breakfasts and snacks was homemade and incredible. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was a very serene environment with the little duck pond

Duck Pond Cottage rates a 10 (or more) out of 5 stars. Yes, you heard me right. This place goes way above and beyond any and all preconceived notions you may have of a bed and breakfast. It’s more like being at Grandma’s house and you’ll soon discover why as soon as you open the refrigerator. Inside awaits a ready...

Our hosts provided a perfect getaway for our family to help celebrate Canada Day. Their attention to detail was at the highest level for any of this type of Bed and Breakfast. The snacks and breakfast were super.

We stayed at this B&B at the end of May 2015. Having been there many times in the past, we thought everything was perfect. But, Marjolein and Aad have made the cottage even more beautiful. The breakfasts and tasty snacks are outstanding and worthy of a 5 star rating. We have stayed in many B&Bs and agree that this is...

I had searched on-line for a Bed and Breakfast in the Woodslee/Leamington area and came across the Duckpond Breakfast Cottage. The reviews were wonderful and based on the reviews we booked two nights at the Duckpond Breakfast Cottage. It was a wonderful stay. We were greeted by our host Marjolein. The cottage is quaint and clean. The breakfasts and little...

We attended the Pt. Pelee Festival of Birds and found Duck Pond B&B a perfect place to relax and escape from the "madding crowds" of birders. Marjolein was a wonderful hostess, friendly with a great sense of humor and an excellent cook to boot. The cottage was large and quite comfortable. As we left early to get the tram out...

The highly positive reviews are all true — a wonderful B&B just minutes north of Leamington. A Mecca for birders in the Spring, and with its own resident ducks in the pond, and purple martins in their own high rise. The separate building for one or two couples has everything from Netflix to a fully equipped kitchen. But a delicious...
