Hotel's Favourite
We stayed at Comfort Inn for one night while visiting Toronto. When we were headed off to Quebec with the tour group, Manager Lucky and his team were kind to let us leave our luggage at the hotel office until we checked back into the hotel a few days later from the Quebec trip. When we were flying back to Vancouver the next day, they also provided a free hotel shuttle service back to Pearson airport. The only thing which did not include was a complimentary breakfast but the overall stay was really great as the hotel also has coin-operated laundry on-site. We will stay at the hotel when we visit Toronto again. Thanks to Lucky and his welcoming staff.

Thanks to the honesty of the Shuttle Driver my wallet was returned in tact to the hotel. Lucky, the Manager tried to contact me frequently, but my flight had already left. When I called the hotel, I found that Lucky had instructed his staff to tell me the wallet was returned and they would hold it in their safe until my return - which they did. Not only was my room comfortable, the Staff polite, and the Shuttle Driver delightful with his game of facts, but knowing their honesty and sincerity makes this my motel of choice. Thank you!

One of the managers, Lucky, was an absolute legend after Air Canada screwed my flight. He gave me a room even though they were fully booked because he knew I would be screwed if he didn't. Lucky is a beauty. 5/5

This Comfort Inn, Comfort Inn West Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Canada is a "gem." The "stay, fly and park" prices are reasonable and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Also, the shuttle to and from the airport offers a good service and the departure times are good and the shuttle arrives within 30 minutes of calling the Comfort Inn West when arriving at the Toronto airport. Even though this facility does not offer a breakfast, coffee is available and a McDonald's is across the main Dixie Road, a short three minutes walk. Also, many dinner restaurants are a 10 minute walk or a short drive south on Dixie Road. Finally, the night manager "Lucky" is a "hoot," as Americans say. He is humorous and makes the arrival at the hotel a pleasant experience.

We decided to overnight at the Comfort Inn Airport West at Dixie and Matheson before catching our flight to Europe. Check in by Manager Lucky was fast and friendly. He also arranged for a late check out. Later in the evening, Mgr. Lucky again helped us out by quickly printing out our boarding passes -- which we very much appreciated. Service has been great. I'm the "Princess and the pea" from the fairytale, yet I found the perfect mattress here and slept the two nights in total comfort. My room was quiet, clean, and the view peaceful. Everything worked as it should. Shuttle service from and to the airport was prompt and pleasant. The restaurant food was great, as was the friendly service. The Manager "Lucky" was not only charming, he helped me solve transportation etc while I visited Toronto. As a senior lady travelling alone, he guided me safely through my travels. THANK YOU SO MUCH LUCKY !!

We are flying out of Toronto Pearson and had the best stay here! Lucky at the front desk was amazing!!! He upgraded our room, got us parking here while we were gone AND free airport shuttle service to and from the airport!!! You cannot beat that customer service! Thank you so much Lucky!!

An excellent choice for a park sleep fly. This basic hotel has been newly renovated and the beds are very comfy. Staff is so helpful and friendly. A big shout out to “Lucky” at reception for being very accomodating and helpful. The shuttle driver was very entertaining and made the ride to the airport an experience! The staff enjoy their job and make you feel very welcome. We will be back!
