I stayed in a suite there for couple of months during my business trip. Rooms were clean but Furniture was not very new. If you opt for staying longer there(e.g. for a month or more), they do not provide daily room cleaning service and you have to get the paid service. It is right in front of Lake so the...

Dirty! The place was old and run down. Furniture are old, stained and completly different than pictures. We arrived to find very limited parking...checked in by a rude lady..took the rickety elevator to the 5th floor (we used the filthy staircase the rest of our stay because of the wait and didn't trust the safety of the elevator) the halls...

I was visiting Toronto after 6 years to meet with old friends and sort out some financial interests. I needed a place where I could just come to a bed to sleep. It was more than just that with nice views of the Lake and boat storage and washing activities going on before the lake. One day I woke up...

I had friends staying there for 10 days. Great value for the money. . They stayed in the two bedroom suite overlooking the lake. Staff very friendly. Excellent location. Walking distant to Go trains to downtown Toronto. and all the little shops and pubs right there. Nice walks in the parks, across from the Library and community center. 24 hour...

I stayed there one night (after booking a week due to a death an impending death in the family). The suites are sparse, in poor physical condition, flimsy door locks and thin walls, dirty frig and the desk staff leave at seven pm. I was surprised that the city allowed the building to be used as it felt like a...

Stayed here in the month of May 2011, not a fancy place, but worth the value for money, located in a central area overlooking the port credit lake, the building looks quite old but the rooms are quite spacious & clean. Recommend you if you are traveling on a budget.

My partner and I were told about this place by a friend, and decided to check it out. The price seemed reasonable, considering that it was furnished. We went and looked at the single room - low floor, city view - absolute nightmare! stains on the carpets, dirty bedding, dingy smell... so we checked out a single bedroom delux -...

“BookEarly... I have seen people literally begging for rooms during the summers. I guess the place is packed. I haven't seen the lakeview rooms but I reckon they must be better, if you can spend some extra cash then go for it.”
