I believe the casino is accessible from inside the hotel and there is a "We-Go" bus that allows you to hop on and hop off all around the tourist area for a daily price per person. If you need additional help the Sheraton's concierge located in the lobby across from the gift shop was very helpful. Of course there is always Uber and lyft that will take you door to door too.
