My husband and I went for our anniversary. The hotel is extremely outdated and dirty. The carpet is ripping apart, the bathroom tile was broken. The only good thing about the hotel was the food at the Marilyn Restaurant.

I really apologise for your experience at The Tower Hotel although, I am glad you enjoyed your dinner at Marilyn's Bistro & Lounge. This time of year we are doing a lot of renovations for the up coming season and we spent the last six weeks remodelling our kitchen at Marilyn's and with reading your review I believe that was...

Absolutely worth the cost. Be sure to ask for a room with a view of the falls. Every time of day there was something new to see. Be sure to watch for the rainbow if the sun is shining. Easy access for walking to dine and the falls park. Also dine in the Tower restaurant, but make early reservations so...

This is a small boutique hotel. The staff are brilliant (especially Lauren) and helpful in answering all questions (no matter if you have a lot like I did!). Rooms are clean and well kept, a little small (still comfortable) but the view is unparalleled and I could have looked at it all day!

I’m so glad we chose The Tower. I had initially thought of staying at nearby Hilton or Marriott but with the expense and the mandatory TIF surcharge at each of these places I contacted The Tower and they kindly agreed to remove the TIF without any hesitation. So I booked a King Fallsview Non-Smoking Room for an October Friday night...

My wife and I stayed there a few months ago. The manager there is a nasty piece of work. He was very aggressive and very unprofessional. He made the choice to choose to behave that way. We travel and stay in many hotels. I am given them the rating the rudest unprofessional place I ever stayed at. There was a...

My boyfriend and I visited here the Friday after Thanksgiving. We stayed in a King Fallsview on the 28th floor. The room was small, but we didn't spend much time there so it wasn't an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the view was the best I've seen. It was also clean. There was a mini fridge under the...

Our stay was very pleasant. The front desk was extremely nice. There's a valet guy who is absolutely hilarious. The rooms are quite small, and the sheets should be replaced (lint balls), but clean, quiet ,and beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice, room was facing the city but that didn't matter as the room was lovely. ..loved the location, close to everything, Clifton Hill where the amusement park was with late night fireworks, walking distance . ..the hotel attendant parked our car, which we didn't again until we left as we could walk everywhere. ..the restaurant in the hotel was...

I love this hotel! This is the second time I have stayed here..the first being in the early 2000's. I was impressed then and have not been disappointed this time! The rooms are small but beautifully done and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful! The views are amazing!!!
