The Tower Hotel is a unique design. The hotel rooms are located on floors 26 through 30. However, the main elevators don't actually go to the 30th floor. You have to get off on the 29th floor, then get into another elevator to take you...More
we stop in this hotel twice.first time in 2016 and 2017.we still like the hotel itself..but first time was much much better.valley parking became a joke and double expensive,no shower gel, more pricey. But overall good hotel.

There is no place to park at the hotel, only a small semi circle to pull off the road and unload your bags and check into the hotel. The hotel offers valet parking for $45CAD per day, or you may find your own parking somewhere else. Since I was from out of town and did not know the area at all, I decided to go with the valet parking. The parking lot that they use seemed very secure, and my car was well taken care of. The only downside to this is that you have to take a shuttle to get your car. It's free, but you have to wait for it to arrive, and then it also makes another stop at the hotel next door. It took me about 40 minutes to get my car when I checked out of the hotel; but there were many people checking out at the same time, which probably accounts for the amount of time it took.

I stayed here one night and stayed at another hotel the night before. It was the week in March when all kids are off from school so the area was very busy but the staff was very accommodating! Although I don’t remember exactly what time we checked in, we were able to get into the room early. I’d call the hotel and explain your situation. I’m sure they’ll figure something out for you!
