This is a great place to stay at a reasonable rate. Its within walking distance to Avalon Theatre, Fallsview Casino, food court and restaurants. I would highly recommend this to friends and family. Clean and comfortable.

Our room was nice, however our coffee cups and coffee maker were disgusting!
They did wash them and bring them back, but when we made coffee in the morning it did not work!

I actually enjoyed the breakfast, and didn't find it too crowded. Perhaps the secret is that I went down for breakfast the minute they opened up for it. Maybe this would work for you, too. I find the breakfast experience at the Comfort Inn to be superior to most hotels I've stayed in Niagara. It's really nice to have breakfast staff there to attend to the buffet.
