Two different and delicious breakfasts for our two night stay at John's Gate plus the comfortable bed in a lovely house made for a wonderful weekend. Also, Meheroo is a gracious hostess who has many tips and suggestions for the area. We also enjoyed sitting on her porch, sipping local wine, listening to the quiet night sounds. We would definitely...

My husband and I took my parents, who were celebrating their 50th anniversary, to NOTL for the weekend. I had never stayed at a B&B but was intrigued by the gourmet breakfasts and the convenient location. The weekend couldn't have been more perfect, thanks to the hospitality of the owner, Meheroo. She was so kind and helpful, offering tips to...

John's Gate Gourmet Bed and Breakfast was perfect. My wife and I returned to Niagara on the Lake for our 11th wedding anniversary, and decided to try a B&B for the first time. We selected John's Gate, and were rewarded with an unforgettable stay. The food, accommodation's, and service far exceeded anything we expected, and we look forward to our...

Where does one begin.... we recently stayed 3 nights at Johns Gate B AND B and WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. The Gourmet breakfast were so good and different everyday, what a great way to start every day. The food was delicious and so well presented. The owner was very considerate when we arrived and asked if we had food allergies...

Pleasantly surprised by this location Have stayed in many B&B's, the room was larger than expected. Meheroo was the perfect hostess who went above and beyond to make our 3-day stay feel like home but better. The three course breakfast was delicious and served to perfection. Our room and the common areas were always very clean and beautifully decorated. We...

This is a very clean and nicely appointed B&B. The hostess, Meheroo, really made us feel welcome. She was helpful in making dinner reservations and providing us with local information. Her breakfasts were delicious and quite filling! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt like we made a new friend in Meheroo. We look forward to staying here again.

Stay away from this place! I don't know why anyone would want to book here... The owner, Meheroo, made our friends and our family feel really uncomfortable. For example, If you like to sleep in she refuses to serve breakfast after 9am. She even put a fight for our arrival time (we work 9-5, we can't be there in the...

The room was very clean, tastefully decorated, the bed was firm and comfortable. Ralph Lauren and Laura Ashley towels and good quality sheets. Breakfast was good and attractively served with colorful garnishes. But Meheroo, the owner, was opinionated and rude. She doesn't ask questions; she interrogates. She seemed to expect the worst from us. When I told her I was...
