The Moffat is well located and moderately priced, It is a small hotel with a friendly, competent staff that makes you feel welcome and part of a 'family.' John, Ryann and Javaid at the front desk were competent and caring. John and Ryann were intelligent and friendly, could discuss the plays offered at the Shaw Festival and made guests feel...

Moffat Inn is a comfortable reasonably priced hotel located in a short walking distance from the theaters and restaurants in Niagara on on the Lake. The hotel genuine warmth of the hotel is epitomized by Javaid Iqbal Ghouri's welcome at the reception desk. His pleasant manner and helpfulness makes the hotel an ideal place to enjoy the Shaw Festival.

Rooms were comfortable, and very clean. The air conditioning was very noisy. Common areas such as stairways and lobby could use some cleaning and updating. This hotel is in an excellent location, and just minutes away from the Festival Theatre.

This hotel is not what they present to their guests. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout the world, at all price points (budget to 5 stars), and understand the price / quality / amenity tradeoff. I made my reservation directly with the hotel’s reservationist, who described it as an upscale boutique like hotel, part of the Vintage Hotels...

My wife and I just stayed at the Moffat Inn and upon check in was greeted by Ryann at the front desk. She was very professional and it was a very speedy check-in. There was a minor issue upon check in, however Ryann corrected immediately with good results for me the quest. We got room 112 on the main floor...

We have stayed at the Vintage Inn properties before and this had to be the best yet because of the very nice reception from Javaid. He was the most courteous and helpful employee we have encountered yet at this establishment. From the time we made our reservations when we called to meeting us warmly at the front desk, arranging our...

Our second stay here will be our last - too few amenities for the dollar value ... not even an on site bar/restaurant. We had to ask for an extension cord so that we could charge our phones and computers. There was no help in loading or unloading. The room was clean but VERY dated and tired. The air conditioning...

We (4 of us) booked the "penthouse" 2 br apartment with rooftop patio for 3 days to attend a family wedding. We were able to check in early as the room was ready and staff were quite courteous. We were aware that there was no elevator, but all the same we found climbing the 3 sets of stairs to the...

It was our second trip to Niagara-on-the-lake. The Moffat Inn is amazing in the pure style of that small town along Ontario lake and Niagara River. The landscape is beautiful, the city is amazing. Hotel is well located close to the shopping area, the bedroom is well decorated and equiped. The personnel is great - Javaid was of great help.
