We stayed at this hotel recently on a girl's weekend away and the location could not be better. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the downtown shops and restaurants and the Shaw Theater. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and a fireplace although there was no need for the fireplace because the outside temperatures...

The Moffatt has recently had some renovations done, and it's better than ever. A variety of comfortable rooms, some suites, and some with outdoor decks make the Moffatt a great choice if you are put off by the grandeur of the Prince of Wales next door. As the Moffatt is part of the same company that owns the Prince (and,...

The Moffat is well located and moderately priced, It is a small hotel with a friendly, competent staff that makes you feel welcome and part of a 'family.' John, Ryann and Javaid at the front desk were competent and caring. John and Ryann were intelligent and friendly, could discuss the plays offered at the Shaw Festival and made guests feel...

Rooms were comfortable, and very clean. The air conditioning was very noisy. Common areas such as stairways and lobby could use some cleaning and updating. This hotel is in an excellent location, and just minutes away from the Festival Theatre.

This hotel is not what they present to their guests. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout the world, at all price points (budget to 5 stars), and understand the price / quality / amenity tradeoff. I made my reservation directly with the hotel’s reservationist, who described it as an upscale boutique like hotel, part of the Vintage Hotels...

My wife and I just stayed at the Moffat Inn and upon check in was greeted by Ryann at the front desk. She was very professional and it was a very speedy check-in. There was a minor issue upon check in, however Ryann corrected immediately with good results for me the quest. We got room 112 on the main floor...

We have stayed at the Vintage Inn properties before and this had to be the best yet because of the very nice reception from Javaid. He was the most courteous and helpful employee we have encountered yet at this establishment. From the time we made our reservations when we called to meeting us warmly at the front desk, arranging our...
