My sisters and I stayed at Cecile's so we could enjoy some local wine tasting. Chris was extremely friendly and the decor of the whole house was impeccable. Our room was gorgeous and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was to die for! The house is very a short walking distance to the main street, so...

My husband and I have been visiting Cecile's House for the past 13-14th years for our anniversary. Needles to say we love everything that Chris has to offer. Very warm and welcoming, clean rooms and the breakfast is amazing.

We have stayed with Chris for the last ten years, almost yearly. We met Chris the first year he opened Cecile's House. His accommodation, attention to every precise detail does not go unnoticed. The room, the breakfast are excellent. As a chef and innkeeper, Chris surpasses every bed and breakfast we have stayed at.

An Exceptional weekend, for first time guests to Cecile's House but not to NOTL. An oasis from Toronto and the superb weather, always helps. Entering Cecile's a contemporary and stylishly decorated home, you feel transported to France without the hassle of airports. Chris is a wonderful and tireless host, 5star quality bedrooms and buffet breakfast. Easy to walk to all...

We stayed in the large Master Suite which has another small bedroom that could be used by a third guest; the entire house is nicely decorated and furnished, everything is clean and orderly. Easy parking at the back of the house for guests. Walking distance to theatres, shops, restaurants, golf club. Beautiful, large veranda with comfortable wicker furniture and lovely...

My wife, Susan, and I stay at Cecile's House each year, for the annual garden show, and to take in a performance at the Shaw Festival. Chris Martineau's impeccable tastes, (in everything), his skill as a former head chef at a number of highly-impressive hotels and restaurants over the course of his 'first' career, and his relaxed but fastidious attention...

Staying at Cecile's House is truly a wonderful experience. Chris is the most gracious host and has thought of every detail to make things special. It is beautiful and has a lovely ambiance. Breakfast is fabulous. We've stayed in several B&B's in Niagara on the Lake and this one is definitely my favourite!! Thanks again Chris. Marilyn and Rob Kutsukake

My wife and I came to NOTL to spend one night to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Cecile's house was ideally located for a walk on Queen St and to also walk by the river. There is a wonderful porch to enjoy wine, and the room was smart and neat. Cecile was knowledgeable about wineries and attractions in the area. The...
