We recently stayed here as a halfway point heading to Timmins for a snowmobile trip. The owners were very accommodating and gave us a room right at the end so we could park the truck and trailer in front of out door. The room was very neat and tidy. It looks to have been updated not too long ago. I was very surprised to see real glasses and coffee mugs instead of plastic or paper cups. Nice touch! Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 evenings as my fathers vehicle was having mechanical challenges. The owner Mayuri was very flexible and kind to our situation and our booking needs. Lovely Owners, Clean & Safe. I would recommend and I would return. Thanks so much.

Superbly located at edge of North Bay, easy drive into town while relatively quiet. Spotlessly clean and updated. Comfortable bed. Kind owners. Only complaint is that proffered coffee was instant. At this price range, a mini Keurig or central coffee pot is rather standard.

We have stayed here multiple times in the past and have always been satisfied. Its well equipped with appliances (MW,fridge, coffee, sat TV) The Hot water in the shower is ample. The beds were quite firm and the carpet is well past its best before date.
Though its next to the highway, it is quite quiet and it offers a good jump-off spot if you are heading north

We were on our way from our wedding in Barrie ON to our new home in Saskatchewan and very tired from the wedding. We arrived to the area very late and took a chance calling the Bo-Mark. They were very nice given the hour and honestly the place was cleaner than we expected. Thank you Bo-Mark for making our trip safe and comfortable.

There are many exceptional features that put this small mom/pop motel in the outstanding category (in my opinion)! The price is very reasonable. The location is great for accessing any area of North Bay. The owner is very pleasant and accomodating. The room is spotless. Let me emphasize this - the room was spotlessly clean. The stainless steel faucets were so clean and shiny you could use them as a mirror. Real cups and glasses were provided and looked brand new. Extra plug outlets were provided with a power bar. Extra mirrors on various walls. Of course the usual fridge, hdtv, excellent wifi service, microwave, desk, 2 chairs, great mattresses, and more. Although right on busy hwy 11, we could not hear a sound of traffic. Obviously I would highly recommend this motel for travellers.

On Hwy 11 at the top of the hill as you drive south into North Bay. Small, older, updated and well-maintained. Well insulated so we were not bothered by the semi-truck traffic as the drivers down-shifted for the hill. Semi-truck parking was available. Our unit had an excellent queen bed with microwave & fridge.

Very clean. Motel style. Welcoming service. I think you get a good value for the price. The location is convenient. Just what we expected. Dog friendly with a little trail in the back. Careful with the pond!!! The highway is a bit noisy but close your windows and you won't hear it anymore. Not far from restaurants or grocery store. You will have access to a mini fridge and microwave. Motel was amazing. Very good price for what you get. Everything you need for a simple stay over; two very comfortable beds, a TV, small refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom was kept absolutely spotless, not a flaw in the room. Upon arriving they even provide you with coffee or tea to make if you want, which I thought was a great touch. Phone and phone book in the room. And hey, free Wi-Fi.
The location was very easy to find, and the owner even helped us via telephone when we took a wrong turn.

We enjoyed an overnight in this fine and cleanest motel on the north side of North Bay.
Although no breakfast is included, we were offered tea, coffee or hot chocolate when
we arrived. The room included a kettle so we could make our own Starbucks coffee in
the morning. Very fine mom and pop business operated with pride and smarts.
Much preferable to the older chain hotels mostly in downtown North Bay.
